This amazing 3 bedroom, 3-bath villa in Shipyard accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. This bright and spacious end-unit has windows on three sides with beautiful golf and lagoon views

The open kitchen, living room and dining room are perfect for family gatherings or quite nights in. There are two King Master Suites on the first floor and a loft with bunk bed and a full bed with a twin trundle all accompanied by it's own private bath. The wet bar, laundry area and covered porch add comfort and convenience. The Villa is well-maintained and set in an impeccably landscaped French Quarters-style complex that includes a pool, six lighted tennis courts, and a deck and gazebo overlooking a four-acre fishing pond. Children of all ages are welcome. For golfers, the Shipyard Golf Club, featuring 27 championship holes, is minutes away. This island retreat really has it all.

The beautiful Shipyard Beach is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride away.

This is our third time staying at this property and it is hands down my favorite place (and I've stayed at many different villas in Shipyard). Everything about it is perfect - it's immaculate, the loft bedroom is perfect for our boys, the decor is gorgeous, the location is everything. Just fantastic.

Great condo, nice resort, & good location

Property had everything we needed for our family of four with 2 adult children with plenty of room. Enjoyed the grounds too nice tennis/pickle ball courts and pool, paths were great for running & biking, and we enjoyed the very busy beach (we did not use the shuttle and instead chose to use our car). Too hot to sit outside for extended period of time but the outdoor space was closer than I expected to other condo.

Beautiful Evian

The condo was beautiful. Well kept, welcoming to the Family and gave us a sense of Home away from home. We have been coming to Hilton Head for several years. This is the top place we have stayed, and will be back. Thanks to the hosts for a great experience.

Golf Trip

300 Evian Hidden Gem

We have been coming to HHI for 47 years and specifically in Evian for the past 20. Our unit was by far the best one yet! The unit is a corner unit, it was SUPER clean, well stocked, and very comfortable beds. We really wanted for nothing! We had a great week, love the location being so close to the beach, we will for sure be looking to rent this Hidden Gem again.

Place was great. Beach access was great. Only complaint was with check in. There was little confusion with parking passes and gate access. We got in late. After hours. Otherwise.

Quiet Refuge

House is very nice, close to the pool, in a nice location but is a long walk to the beach. It is bikeable to the beach. The upstairs is open to below so this may be a problem with children’s earlier bedtimes. Nicely furnished.

Just as amazing the second time

This is our second time staying in the villa, and this stay was just as wonderful as the first. It is an immaculate space, with tons of room. This will be my first choice rental when visiting Hilton head in the future!

Fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked out several times which was nice as restaurants can get very busy on the island. We loved the privacy being the last unit! The beach wasn't too far, it was nice having the parking at the beach although tough finding spots most days. We would definitely use the shuttle should we stay again. I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful condo!

We loved this condo. It was super clean, well decorated, a short walk to the pool, and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful with a lovely outdoor patio for morning coffee or afternoon wine. The space was perfect for us and our son's family. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great trip!

Family fun vacation

Awesome property. This was our 2nd year staying at this property. It's immaculate. Great location. Shipyard has walking/biking trails throughout and makes for a perfect day of adventure. Has its own private beach access. My only complaint with staying in Shipyard for our future hilton head vacations is that Shipyard is not allowing renters to have E-bikes. This is a new rule as of this year. Just keep this in mind if you are thinking of renting or using your own E-bike. This has no reflection on this property rental or rental company. We've had great experiences for the past 2 years.

Family getaway

The size of your home was perfect for us. Our younger kids loved having their own space upstairs. Our grown son and daughter-in-law were able to have their own bedroom/bathroom as well. Our room (master) was enormous! The patio offered a nice quiet morning space to have coffee or lounge in the sun. The grill was an added bonus! We enjoyed the location of the home as it was steps to the pool which we used daily, in addition to being close to dining options and shopping. Only minutes from Coligny Plaza! We really enjoyed all of the amenities and would love to come back! Thank you!

What a gem!

I can’t say enough about the cleanliness of this property, there was not one crumb or one thing missing or out of place! The location is perfect, convenient and quiet. The communication was excellent, I can’t wait to go back, a true gem!!

Wonderful property

Beautiful property! Had everything we needed. Nice little patio with view of golf course and wildlife. Very clean and comfortable! Communication was excellent! Loved that we didn’t have to take up packing space with beach towels! Short bike ride to the beach. We’ll definitely book here again!
