Casa de lujo con vistas a la montaña

Esta costumbre, vistas a las montañas casa es nuestro orgullo y alegría! Nuestro refugio de montaña ofrece tres niveles más un loft con techos altos abovedados, madera natural, y la decoración lodge-inspirado a lo largo. La ubicación de nuestra casa es ideal. Ubicado en una calle sin salida, situado en la calle de senderismo sin fin y de cross-country senderos. No se puede estar más cerca de Mt. Capucha! Agarra tus esquís y caminar 50 metros a la pista de esquí de Summit o caminar a la ciudad para ir de compras. Con 3 master suites, es perfecto para amigos y familiares. Master # 1 tiene una cama king size, chimenea de piedra, TV de pantalla plana con un baño completo y bañera de hidromasaje. Master # 2 tiene una cama king, una litera doble w / una cama nido, chimenea de piedra, TV de pantalla plana, tocador de granito y fregadero además de un baño completo. Master # 3 tiene una cama de matrimonio, litera doble, walk-in closet y baño completo. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con lujosa ropa de cama y toallas.
Una cocina abierta con encimeras de granito, dos lavavajillas, compactador de basura, enfriador de bebidas y una gama profesional con dos hornos. Está muy bien equipada con utensilios de cocina superior y platos que inspirará cualquier chef. Una cena gran familia hay ningún problema con la mesa del comedor con capacidad para 16.
La sala de juegos es un lugar perfecto para los niños y adolescentes para relajarse. Ellos disfrutan de la futbolín, juego de tejo, TV con reproductor de DVD y un mini-cocina con microondas, fregadero y mini-refrigerador.

Perfect Ski Trip

We LOVED our second stay at Wendi’s home. The home was clean, check in was easy and the hosts were so helpful. The home worked perfectly for our Timberline family ski trip. The location can’t be beat! We want to return every year.

Winter wonderland house with gorgeous views! Lots of snow with a nice snow plow driver. The House is everything you need to enjoy the mountain right outside the front door.

Annual ski trip

My family loves spending time at your mountain house. I've been taking them for the last 3 year's. The location is great, they are able to ski from Timberline to the house at the end of the day.

Beautiful inside and out

We had the perfect weekend getaway at this beautiful home. Right next to the ski slopes. You can enjoy the view of people skiing from the living room window with a beautiful view of the summit. It is so beautiful. This house is very clean and spacious.

Amazing stay in Government Camp

What an amazing property at the base of Mt Hood. We have so much fun on the trails, at the adventure park, and visiting the shops and restaurants. The house was more than enough room for the 10 of us.

What a memorable ski vacation!! This cabin was beyond beautiful so well equipped -they thought of every comfort for their guests!You couldn’t ask for a better location a short walk to the ski run to catch the summit lift a beautiful view of Mt Hood from the living room window a minute from the restaurants and shops at government camp our whole family enjoyed themselves 6 adults 6 grandkids we all decided we would love to come back it was a 10!!!!

Family Birthday & skiing

We arrived and the property is Beautiful especially with all the new snow. the home is as showed even better. We had six family adults and our 21-month-old grandson. We all loved staying there. The bedrooms all have their own private bathrooms which made it so comfortable. The floodlights outside the home are gorgeous showing the snow all weekend. The view from all windows is amazing. We would love to stay there again for sure.

What a perfect place for skiing!

We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely home in Government Camp. What could be better than skiing out in the morning and skiing home from the top of the Timberline resort? The home was comfortable, had a excellent kitchen and cozy family room. We are already looking at our calendar for a trip back.

Breathtaking Mountain View with everything you need!

Beautiful home in the Prime area of Government Camp. We had 12” of snow one night & could still walk to the Govy store. Great family retreat and the snow plow was on top of things.

Grandson's ski trip

My grandson's had another great ski trip. The house is much fun, this year after skiing all day we had a pool tournament. The kid's have so much fun playing in the backyard making sniwmen, building snow forts, and having snowball fights. I hope to be able to rent it again next year.

Fantastic house- all the upgrades

We loved staying here with our friends & kids. The rooms were very spacious, the layout was great, and every detail had been thoughtfully done. The views of Mt. Hood were stunning from the living room & main bedrooms, plus we loved the quiet & beautiful woods all around the property. The kids loved the loft & playing with the pool table, while the adults enjoyed having an enormous kitchen for us all to gather. The 3 fireplaces were my favorite amenity & we were thoroughly impressed with how clean and functional the property was. Thanks

Family getaway at Government Camp

My husband and I take our entire family (our children, their spouses and our five grandchildren) to Government Camp for an annual cross country ski trip. We went over MLK weekend this year and encountered some challenging weather conditions that led to a short term loss of power. Our hosts were in constant contact and very supportive. It actually turned into a fun adventure because of their support. The house has a stunning view of Mt. Hood. We snowshoed and cross country skied right from the house. The house itself is very comfortable and welcoming. As a chef, I really appreciated the large and well supplied kitchen. The dining table was big enough for us all to enjoy our meals together. Everyone in our group felt it was one of the more beautiful houses that we've stayed in. We were stunned watching the sunset on Mt. Hood. We will definitely rent this house again and took away some fond memories of our time there.

Winter wonderland

One of the most beautiful views. We were blessed for my husbands birthday to get such a beautiful snowy weekend. Allows you to hike and snowboard down the slope. Easy hike to down town. Look forward to renting again in the future.

We’ll stocked, nice home!

My family had a wonderful stay! Gorgeous views out the front of Mount Hood, as well as the back. We did not have an issue with the 3-4 flights of stairs. Enjoyed cooking in one of the best stocked kitchens we have rented! Dining table was great for meals, Puzzles, games, cards. Close to Government Camp and great restaurants.

Excellent house for a large group. We never felt crowded and everyone had their own space.

Amazing house and views

One of the only Gov Camp houses with an actual view of Mt Hood. Wonderful house with great location next to the trails. Steep walk up from center of Gov Camp but well worth it. Very nicely decorated with amazing beds. It was a bit unusual though that there was no pantry space for food items for such a large kitchen, but plenty of counter space so we just used that instead. And a hot tub available for guests would have been the icing on the cake. But these were minor items. Loved the house and will definitely stay here again!

Best Location for Ski In /Ski Out

The Thompson Cabin is very unique with both large bedrooms having a fireplace that was really cozy. Another highlight was the pool table and watching the Grandkids learning to play pool. We are skiiers and you ski in/ ski out to the lifts or shuttle to Timberline. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The best we have rented. Thank you Terryray and Wendy for hosting.

After two years of property management, we are back doing the management of our mountain retreat. My wife, kids, and I designed and built this house from 2004-2006. It has been our labor of love! Personal touches with comfort and ease being a priority has created a relaxing, cozy environment, that we hope you enjoy as much as we do! Our family loves all the winter and summer activities on the mountain and we have been blessed with making many amazing memories here. Our hope is that your family will do the same. We live in Portland, just over an hour drive to Mt Hood- a short commute to enjoy all that the charming town of Government Camp has to offer! Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This is one of the few houses in Government Camp with an unobstructed view of the glorious Mt. Hood. Our home is located on a dead-end street so it is private and quiet. Across the street are hundreds of acres of public land with trails for snow shoeing, cross country skiing and mountain bike riding and hiking in the summer. For the beginner skier or boarder, the Summit Ski area is just 50 steps away from our front porch. Enjoy watching family and friends ski from the warm comforts of our home.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our house was designed with multi-generational family retreats in mind. The reverse floor plan offers a large master suite for grandparents and two family suites. One suite with a queen bed and twin bunk bed and the other suite with a king bed and a triple twin bunk bed. All bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms. A futon in the loft for older teens. There is an additional full bathroom on the first floor hall, so plenty of room and private spaces for large groups. Hot water is not a problem with (2) 80 gallon water heaters.
