LIVING AREAS

Make hot cocoa and enjoy conversation around the electric fireplace in the main living area, furnished with a love seat, two armchairs, and 32” cable TV with DVD player.

Host a game night in the second living area, outfitted with two sofas and a comfy armchair.

Sip morning coffee in the well-lit sunroom, furnished with a futon, bench, and four chairs.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the updated kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When it’s time to eat, dine together at the wooden table with seating for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

The home and cottage sleep up to eight guests in four bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, furnished with a queen bed.

The second and third bedrooms are both outfitted with two twin beds. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The fourth bedroom is located in the separate cottage in the backyard and features a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed. The bathroom in the cottage is outfitted with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Find ample space for both relaxation in the expansive backyard. Curl up with a favorite book in one of five chairs. Dine alfresco at the patio table with seating for four. An outdoor shower provides a convenient spot to rinse off after a trip to the beach.

Extra perks include beach chairs, complimentary Wi-Fi, a stereo, and a washer/dryer in the cottage.

Although window AC units are installed in the bedrooms, they are rarely needed with Dennis Port’s mild summer weather.

THE LOCATION

Walk just 3 minutes to Raycroft Beach, or plan a day trip to Provincetown (39 miles), the National Seashore (11 miles), Chatham (10 miles), or Hyannis (10.2 miles). You can also take the local ferry (4 miles) to Nantucket for the day.

Rent a bicycle from Dennis Cycle Center (3 miles) and hop on the Cape Cod Rail Trail for a picturesque ride through woods, over bridges, and past cranberry bogs.

Stroll to a myriad of local eateries and shops, including the waterfront Ocean House Beach Bar (.3 miles) and Sundae School Ice Cream (.5 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
