Disfrute del patio y patio grandes, cercados y profesionalmente diseñados. Camine 10 minutos hasta la playa Belmont, viaje en bicicleta de 10 a 12 minutos a la ruta de Cape Cod Rail Trail y visite los lugares destacados locales. Vaya al cercano río Herring para hacer kayak o alquilar kayaks, tablas de remo a unos minutos en auto del río Bass. Go-Karts, Trampolines, Arcade, Mini-golf y, por supuesto, muchos mariscos cerca. Enjoyed the stay. Check in very easy. House extremely well stocked. Host very responsive. Local small free beach 10 min walk - no parking. Otherwise, several nice beaches with amenities are a 5 min drive. Dining, shops, live music in Harwichport is a quick drive and very nice.

The house was in a great location - only 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided as well as all bed linens which made less items to pack. House set up was spacious and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Fantastic Cape House worthy of a 4peat!

This is our fourth summer with Stef. We spent 2 weeks here and had everything we needed. The house is located within walking distance to Belmont Beach in a quiet neighborhood. One of our favorite things about the house is the large room with the family room and dining table. Lots of natural light makes it cheerful. We rent the house with my parents who are in their eighties and will host one dinner with family while there. My uncle has a rolling walker and had no trouble coming in and out of the house. The house has new appliances and plenty of towels and linens which means we can pack less. I love the hammock and enjoyed reading in it in the morning before heading to the beach. Stef is a fabulous communicator.

2024 Cape Cod 4th of July Vacation

The home is perfect for our family -- our fourth year here. Very comfortable furniture/beds. Family room is great for everyone to get together and company. Great supply of towels and sheets. Kitchens have all the appliances and utensils that we need. Even a great supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Patio and yard are private and good sized. Great location to beach, stores and restaurants.

Another wonderful stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just a great as we remembered it! The house had everything we needed, was super clean, and comfortable. We love the big windows in the living room, the fenced in yard, hammock, and location. We had several rainy days while we were on the Cape and really enjoyed relaxing in the house, reading books, playing games, etc. The owner was very responsive to any questions or communications we had with them. We hope to return!

Fabulous Time Mid Cape Vacation

This was our third year in a row renting this property. The house is so well equipped and the layout of the house is perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space to have dinner. The spacious sunroom is full of light and there was plenty of seating. We have already booked 2 weeks for next summer. The location is great. Convenient to Belmont Beach. Very clean. Love the hammock and outdoor shower. Stef is a great host.

Cape Cod (Harwich) 4th of July Vacation

Everything was great as usual. This is our fourth year staying here. House is a great place for family get togethers with a large family room. Everything that you could need is available, including a large stock of towels, sheets, paper towels, etc. Highly recommended.

Lovely Home and Host

Stef's home is very comfortable and we had a wonderful stay! Stef is super communicative and lets you know about all of the details for your stay--makes everything so easy. All bed, bath and beach linens are included. There is a washing machine and dryer which is great when you travel with kids. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, utensils, mugs, knives and a beautiful set of white and blue dishes. Everything we needed to cook a few meals was there. Plus lots of countertop space and tons of ice in the automatic ice maker. The master bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning units in the bedrooms kept things cool. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and has a sweet backyard with a hammock. The closest beach is just a few minutes away and other beaches and ponds (our favorite!) are very close. It was a great stay! Thank you, Stef!

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay here - everything was pretty much perfect. The house is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood close to the beach and amenities. The house was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. We did some cooking and found the kitchen to have everything from cooking utensils to serving bowls to beautiful dishes, etc. The yard was peaceful and private and we had so much fun playing bocce ball and relaxing on the hammock. We hope to return to this property again!

Wonderful little cape house

Another Great Cape Cod Vacation

Wonderful Stay!

The cottage was the perfect size and layout for 3 adults and two active boys. Plenty of space for gathering and bedrooms being away from main living area made it easy for us to be on our own schedules. Pleasant Rd beach was our go to - just a few minute drive. Activities for kids are also just around a few bends. Great weather and no crowds made for a perfect week. Thanks Stef!

Great family getaway

As our third year renting from Stef, we love this house. It’s perfect for a family with an open concept living/dining/kitchen space, along with a great, fenced in backyard. Stef is very responsive. Location is excellent, close to both Dennis and Harwich beaches. Highly recommend!

We have owned this property since the 1950's where my grandfather founded and started a local seafood and ice cream restaurant, in 1953. It's located in Dennis Port and it's still there today, Kreme N' Kone. Known for it's onion rings, fried clams and soft serve ice cream.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This property has been passed down through 3 generations. We have spent every summer here as a family and until 2017, we have decided to rent it for others to enjoy over the summer.
We updated the home in 2000 by adding a great room with cathedral ceilings, pushed out the Master bedroom and added a master bathroom with shower/tub.
The yard is large enough for lawn games, barbecuing or stretching out in the hammock. The lawn is professionally landscaped with irrigation and is well taken care of. Plenty of parking on a gravel driveway for 3 cars and ability to park on the street as well. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors.
