Come and discover this charming villa of 55 m2, renovated in 2023 with terrace, landscaped garden. Located in the Pine Forest in Cap d'Agde, the Hameau des Pins residence is secure, quiet, family-friendly and equipped with a beautiful swimming pool and wading pool for children.
Close to the International Tennis and Padel, the International Golf, the Convention Centre, Casino Barrière, the port and the shops of Cape Town and not far from the Naturist Village.

The accommodations are composed of:
- living room - living room of 27 m2, open and equipped kitchen.
- 2 beautiful bedrooms:
A Twin bedroom on the first floor with 2 beds of 80 cm × 190 and its annex of 8m2 with a large dressing room and sofa bed of 130 cm.
A second bedroom upstairs with a double bed of 160 × 200, a large open dressing room and a solarium with armchair of 6 m2.
- bathroom with shower, storage, washing machine
- Separate toilet.

Air conditioning:
The villa is air-conditioned (cold/hot), electric radiators for the mid season.

Outside:
- Beautiful terrace and landscaped garden.
- 2 bicycles are at your disposal.

Kitchen and equipment:
the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and machine espresso coffee, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils.
You will also find in the house an ironing board, iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, cot for baby, baby bath.

Household linen:
linen (sheets, towels...) is not provided.

Shops, beaches, town centre:
Cape Town town centre, the port, shops are 10 minutes walk from the residence.
The beaches, that of La Roquille at 15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bike.
Supermarkets ( Super U, Intermarché ) at 5 minutes by car.

The swimming pool:
The swimming pool is shared in the residence. It is open from May to mid-October from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Unsupervised swimming pool. Children are under the responsibility of parents.

Capacity:
4 to 5 people maximum;
Parking is free, one numbered space in front of the house.

Luggage storage:
Rental only from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in time: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Check-out time: before 10:30 a.m.
No smoking inside the house.
Pets not allowed.
Festive evenings not allowed.
Respect the rules of the swimming pool.
Use the accommodation with due care.

Traveler Access:
Secure Residence. You will be greeted at the gate of the residence by Valérie who will take you to the house and give you the keys. You will have to call Valérie one hour before your arrival. We will give you her phone number when you make your reservation.

Linen (sheets, towels, dish towels...) is not provided.
