Love to Beech - Beech Mtn on golf course, hot tub, pool table, club access options

Welcome to Love to Beech!

This newly updated home overlooks the 11th green of the Beech Mountain Golf Course to the east and sunset views to the west. On the ground level there is a large game room with pool table, ping pong topper, and poker table. The TV has a DVD player and firestick, so log into your favourite apps and stay on top of your shows or team as you relax on the sofa or chairs. The wet bar and fridge make it easy to entertain, and the half bath with granite counters is around the corner for convenience.

Head up to the middle level where you'll find three of the four bedrooms. The king suite has a private bath with a tiled combination tub/shower. The queen bedroom and room with two twins share a second full bath, also with a tiled combination tub/shower.

The top level features your main living area, with updated granite counters, wine cooler, and both a Keurig and standard coffee makers. The dining table comfortably seats six, and there are four barstools at the counter. Off of this area opens to the living room. Oversized leather sofas surround the gas log fireplace and TV. The newly built decks outside overlook the greens. Soak in the brand new hot tub! Head to the opposite decks to catch some of the best sunsets on Beech!

- Guests of Love to Beech have the option to purchase a temporary membership to Beech Mountain Club during their stay. Please inquire for details.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- There are 2 Cameras on this property. 1 on the porch facing the driveway and 1 hanging off the porch on the side of the house, Facing the bottom door and driveway. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, windows or decks.
- The home has AC on the main (top) level, but the lower two levels do not.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains REQUIRED during winter (Nov-March) for all Beech Mountain homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- carport parking for 2-3 and additional parking for 2 more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments.
Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
