Great house in a lovely location

- House is spread out over a number of levels, lots of places to hang out - Outdoor spaces are fantastic - Great location close to everything in Eastport and Annapolis - Owners were super responsive and helpful

Outstanding and unique home

The house was large and well appointed and we were very comfortable. Plenty of space. We were most blown away by the backyard with beautiful landscaping, plants flowers in full bloom everywhere. A garden oasis. We made good use of the kayaks and dinghy. Property manager quickly addressed some minor issues with excellent communication.

Great Family Celebration!

We loved the property and enjoyed a wonderful family reunion. The home is beautiful with great attention to detail and comfortable for our party of 15 including babies. We loved the private dock, access to kayaks and great outdoor dining spaces. Definitely recommend!

Great for a group getaway!

My friends and I had an amazing time at this property! Not only was the location so perfect in Annapolis (10 mins or less from everything), but it comfortably fit our large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, the kitchen and dining area were massive and the pool was so nice. Also, it was so clean and the landlord was a dream to work with. I would highly recommend and stay here again!

Great amenities

Quirky house with 5 half levels sets up great for large family gatherings. Large rooms to gather inside and excellent gazebo for outside. Plenty of games and activities both inside and out. Beautiful setting.

Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful home. The owners clearly care about their guests, as all of the tiny details were thought of for family fun. We really enjoyed the pool! We loved the location- right on the water and used the kayaks provided. The neighborhood was great for taking daily walks to local shops. The home was clean, comfortable and inviting. It was perfect for our family.

Amazing!

Our extended family gathered here for a four night stay and had such a great time! The home is so well-stocked with everything you need, from the crockpot in the kitchen to the pool towels to the life vests for the kayaks, just to mention a few amenities. You will not be disappointed!

14 ladies stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate a bachelorette party. The accommodations were perfect! Plenty of room for sleeping and gathering. The outdoor space was gorgeous and comfortable. The house had everything you could possibly need to fully enjoy yourself. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Fantastic experience

There was a large group of us that stayed at this house for a bachelorette weekend. The home and property was incredible and so fun! We had so much space and used the kitchen and grills for meals. We loved the pool and outdoor space a lot. No complaints at all. We will definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect Place to Stay

We rented this home for my family which included grandparents to newborns and it pleasantly exceeded all expectations. We were looking for a home to keep little ones busy and let a few others relax. The unique design of the home and coziness of the rooms gave everyone their individual space at night and the common areas were comfortable, very clean and accommodating to come together to eat, play games or simply lay low. The space inside and out was incredibly nice. The views of the water were beautiful and the option to use kayaks and the pool kept everyone busy. I’ll be recommending this space to friends and family. It’s a gem.

Waterfront Family Stay

The property was spacious for a family of 16. The kitchen is well-equipped for making large dinners. Beds can handle 16. There is space for 4 cars in the driveway plus two in front on the street. The indoor pool and the 6 kayaks were great entertainment for the kids and the rest of the family. There is shaded outdoor seating in the gazebo area and also near the kitchen. It's a bit of a walk to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy, but there are garages available for those who don't enjoy walking.

This home was beautiful and clean. Outdoors lovely. Great location to access annapolis. Kitchen fully equipted to cook dinners in and lots of dishes, silverware and drinking cups. Plenty of space to sit inside and out and gather. 4 bedrooms upstairs fabulous, bathroom in Master luxurious. Bedroom with queen and twins down one level a little mildew smelling, but a humidifier could solve that. Pool opens on two sides so one feels like they are outside. Beach towels provided. Pool has no steps to get in 4-6 feet. Beautiful setting in the pool looking out on Back Creek and lovely yard. Open space to gather holds a large group and we had a fabulous time. Thank you!

Family Gathering

The house was a nice space to accommodate 14 of us. The kitchen was user-friendly with two dishwashers and plenty of kitchen ware. It is an older house with a unique layout We were all comfortable there

Birthday weekend

The property was exactly as advertised and had plenty of space for our group. The water taxi to and from downtown directly to our dock was particularly fun. Great space for entertaining both inside and out!

Golf trip with friends

Stayed with some friends I haven’t seen in awhile for a golf trip. House was very clean and the pool was great. Short Uber drive into town so can’t walk but it was only a couple miles so not a huge deal.
