Possibility of self-arrival via Key Box - To be seen together at least 48 hours before your arrival

- **Smokers and pets**: Our smoking friends are welcome, but only on the terrace. Pets are not allowed. Noisy parties and events are not allowed.

- **Welcome by La Conciergerie du Soleil**: will welcome you personally on arrival and can assist you throughout your stay. To organise your arrival and departure, we invite you to contact us before your arrival to arrange an appointment.
For organisational and planning reasons, if your arrival cannot be done in person or takes place at a late hour, we can also offer you an arrival via a key box system, on request.

- **Arrival and departure times**: Arrival is possible from 4pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be carried out. Departure must be before 10am. If you wish to extend your departure beyond this time, please let us know; this can be considered at a rate of €10 per additional hour.
