This spacious property is located on the ocean block, offering comfortable furnishings, a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and central air conditioning to welcome you home in the afternoons. There's a polished living room with a flatscreen TV and a gas fireplace, free WiFi and Xfinity One for your entertainment and ease, and a balcony with Adirondack chairs and a view of the ocean down the street. A washer/dryer is also provided to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels each night.




In this lovely spot on the ocean block, you'll find the beach in one direction and Coastal Highway - which is lined with restaurants, shops, and attractions for all ages - in the other. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is also just two miles north.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The proximity to the beach is excellent. There’s a sliver of a beach view from the main room. The place itself is downright palatial, with spacious rooms and high ceilings. It was hot as hell but you still got a sweet beachside breeze coming through. The elevator is handy and quick. The parking is tight and the showers basically suck. The water pressure is so low, you’re waiting all day in there just to get wet. All in all, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great OC Rental

Reserved for a family vacation. Lots of space with the 4 bedrooms. Nice size bathrooms. Elevator is convenient. Perfect access to beach. Parking is a bit tight if you have a large truck, but also street parking. Place was clean, but you are at the beach. Floors were a bit sandy. Would totally rent again!

Great location

Location was great. Size of the condo was perfect however could definitely need updates with the beds and mattress along with TV's. 2 of the bedrooms didn't even have them. Missing essential items in the kitchen such as can opener no baking/cookie sheets. Cable is basic only a few channels. Several of the lamps didn't work or they had missing light bulbs. As far as cleanliness it has a lot to be desired. floors were dirty, coffee grinds left in the coffee pot. Upstairs balcony could not be used due to the amount of bird feces everywhere. There was a panel from the ceiling that had fallen and that is where the birds were going in and out of. Was in contact with property management through text who advised me on 2 separate occasion somebody from the local office would be in contact with us. Never heard from them. I also called the local office number and left a voicemail but again no return contact. I will never rent another condo that is managed by VACSA again.

Good place for large family vacation

The condo was in a great location-right off of the beach and in an area with stores and restaurants but that wasn’t too busy. It was large enough for us all to be comfortable and we appreciated having sheets and towels provided.

I have already submitted one report about this property and the way that I as a client was handled I did not enjoy the way I was handled nor did I like the fact that all that this company has begun to do is give me a bunch of technology to to refer to and talk to our requested a human presence to talk to and I did not receive it as a direct result of that in order for me not to have lost the money from our group We had to stay at that place so no I am not pleased with this system that you have set up nor did I ask for linen service and you gave me a linen service that didn't even meet the requirements of the sleep how many people are sleeping there We had not enough towels or face towels It was just not a pleasant experience and I really am disturbed because VRBO has been a very good place for me to do business with when I'm there for my vacation So I am disappointed and sadly disappointed to say the least

Horrible customer service

Come into our rental and it’s filthy. Floor was still dirty, to the point you had to keep shoes on the whole time, small pieces of broken glass left on the floor, candy/food underneath of furniture but still in sight, and mold on the shower curtain. On top of that there were pigeons living in the balcony ceiling leaving an excessive amount of bird poop to the point it was unusable. These issues weren’t resolved until the 3rd day of our 4 day stay with little update as to when it would be cleaned. The house itself was great but the management company is pretty horrible and the people you speak to over the phone are not local and are unable to put you in contact to any local representative. Would 100% use another agency.

Nice place poor cleaning staff

This house has a ton potential but also some issues. The location was amazing. Literally from the front door to where we set up on the beach was, maybe 150 yards. There was a pretty decent partial ocean view. Parking was easy. The elevator to the main floor was super convenient. The house was very spacious. There was a ton of room for 6 adults and 2 kids under 8. Now for the bad. The furniture was terrible. The chairs around the kitchen table are uncomfortable and all felt like they were falling apart. No to mention how gross the cushions (that can’t be removed) were. One of the 2 couches felt wet, but only the one. We thought since it was so humid the day we got there that it would dry out with the A/C on, but it still felt wet after 5 days of running the central air none stop. The cleaning crew was a joke as well. They left old coffee grounds in the coffee pot, a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, a bag of someone else’s garbage by the front door, sand in the jet tub in the master bath, and the floors were completely covered in a layer of sand. They obviously just wet mopped over a very sandy floor and didn’t sweep or vacuum first. To spite all the issues though we still had a great time. But given the things I listed I don’t know that I would rent this property again. But if I was assured of better cleaning before I arrived and that there was some new furniture I would then definitely rent it again. The location was amazing.

The main bedroom bathroom shower was full of dirt and sand - I did not plan on having to clean it myself so I could take a shower! The main living area floors were covered with sand so nothing had berm vacuumed or mopped so not sure what, if any, cleaning had actually been done before we arrived which was very disappointing! The balcony doors for the upstairs bedrooms would not lock! All of the bathrooms have mold in some areas It was not disclosed that we were going to be next to a construction area - lots of noise which was very irritating, annoying and disruptive while trying to relax on vacation! It made it difficult to relax and enjoy our place and my 3 great nephews were awakened sooner than necessary The house itself is very nice but needs some TLC: Redo main bathroom shower floor Paint the balcony banister Put a light in the powder room outside of the front door - or at least a night light Fix locks on bedroom balcony doors

Convenience

The location and size of the condo was great. The elevator to the first floor was extremely helpful packing and unpacking. The bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor was great for elderly parents. Unfortunately the unit was very dirty. Dust on the walls, tape and decorations from previous renters still on the walls. The vents and fans were covered in dust. Blinds and bathrooms were moldy. Upstairs balcony was unusable due to excessive amounts of bird waste and nests. Sand on all the floors. Vacasa was very responsive and quick to fix a broken faucet. Would love to see this place get a good deep cleaning. Because it was very convenient and a good size for my large family and would like to rent again and give it a second chance.

great for a girl's weekend!

the house was exactly as described. we each were able to have our own mattress. super close to the beach, nice balconies. we had to run the dishwasher quite often as there was not a lot of plates and bowls for 7 people.
