Newly built in 2021, this custom home brings the polish and comfort of brand new construction to a classic and beautiful setting in North Ocean City. You'll be less than a quarter-mile stroll from the beach, Northside Park, and fantastic community amenities at every turn.

Montego Bay is a lovely bayside community that borders Northside Park, Ocean City's largest park with free concerts, summer fireworks on Sundays, and kayak and paddleboard rentals. Within the community, you'll have access to two pools, a kids' wading pool, tennis and pickleball courts, nine holes of mini-golf, and a shuffleboard court. There's also a bayfront boardwalk with fishing piers, an open park, and the eight-acre Walkers Pond with a half-mile paved walking path.

Stroll home from the beach in the afternoons to be greeted by an outdoor shower to rinse away any lingering sand, rocking chairs out on the front porch, and a back deck and yard where you can continue to soak up the summer sun.

Inside, the house has been customized from top to bottom, with dual-zone air conditioning, recessed lighting, smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and high-speed WiFi. The open living space is a natural gathering area, whether you're sitting down for breakfast in the window-lined dining nook, watching movies on the sectional sofa, or cooking in the elegant kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with bar seating.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: 3 cameras, 1 in front over looking drive way. 1 side door and 1 for the back yard.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
