No true vacation is complete without an escapade to the beach! Make this charming, family-friendly condo your home base and experience beach living at its finest. This beachfront condo is complete with all the essentials and all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen with every appliance you could ever need, cable TV, central air conditioning, free WiFi, washer/dryer on site, a convenient balcony with great beach and ocean views and an outdoor dining table for four, and a prime location!

Indoor pool hours are limited and not guaranteed during the winter.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ocean City!

Beautiful view but very overpriced! The view is breathtaking! Unfortunately I arrived to a washing machine FULL of dirty towels that’s gross in my opinion and a dish washer that needed to be emptied! I paid a lot of money to arrive to a home full of chores that I had to do because no one was coming out to do it and I was not going to allow that to ruin my stay. And a few other minor hiccups after that but it is what it is. My concerns were dismissed by Vacasa and maintenance. Other than that, spectacular view of the Atlantic and that’s what I came for!

The condo was exactly what the pictures showed. We were vey pleased. The contact from booking to departure was spot on . We knew exactly what to do at exactly the right time. The views from this condo were incredible. The sounds of the ocean were soothing. The condo was clean when we arrived and it was comfortable for four adults and two children. The beds could have used a mattress topper to make sleeping just a bit more comfortable, but our sleeping was pretty good. Ocean City was an awesome place place to spend the 4th of July and this condo made the stay perfect. When the picture you see are exactly what you get and the place meets that expectation, you will always earn a five star rating. The best part was the price for everything we got. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Your getting exactly what your paying for with this room.

We just went down late august for my daughters birthday. We love the marigot always stay here. This room was exactly what we expected except the beds were horrible and uncomfortable and the whole place was just old. This place def could use some modern updates. that being said it is right on the beach the ocean us a short walk theres a pool and a hot tub which in my oponion could have used some love. Its an older building. For the off season price we paid we go exactly what i expected would be there and really enjoyed our time. Minus the beds, be prepared for the beds if you book this room.

Great location but could use some updating

It was a great location and worked well for us since we were needing to be local for a competition. The Vacasa rental people forgot to leave towels (I think they were supposed to leave two). But we managed. The appliances could use some updating. Pretty sure the dishwasher is from the 80s but impressive it still works. The stove was a bit challenging to cook on.

Nice place to stay

The location was great. The Condo was decent when we arrived. It was sufficient for our needs. The price actually was great for the location. However, I wasn’t about to start a load of laundry before I left. I did strip the beds. I vapid a cleaning fee which I felt should include the washing of the sheets. The only drawback was the inside pool that we didn’t use the first few days being the chemical smell was overwhelming and it didn’t seem to have good ventilation at the pool. We were able to use it a few days later. Overall, we would stay here again. We loved the Ocean view and the short walk to the beach. Everything worked in the condo and it was just as it stated it would be. No problems.
