House was OK. Our original rental cancelled so we had to find something in short notice and it did the job. The cleanliness was a little lacking. We found an AirPod in the master bedding, which concerned me. Towels were wet in the washing machine when we arrived and we had no idea they were there until we went to run a load. Only 1 roll of TP per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. When a place sleeps 10 that seems very low. House set up and location were both great. Large space to gather as a family and kitchen was fully stocked with all supplies. Lots of items were broken or on the verge of breaking (recliners, shoe and blanket boxes, etc). As a whole it worked for us and was fine. But the negatives probably made it so we won’t rent here again. Purely the house and not the management. The house was COVERED in “to do” and “not to do” signs - complete with a binder of how they wanted their pots and pans stored. Labels and directions everywhere, and not in a helpful way. In a bossy way. I understand it is a vulnerable position to rent your home but if you are going to do it, you have to be OK with that. This owner clearly isn’t comfortable having people in their home. That was a bummer - we felt like a burden.
