Welcome to The Lakefront Social, a Vue Vacations home! Set on the largest corner lot in the gated community of Terra Lago, this lakefront five-bedroom, three-bath retreat offers unmatched space, privacy, and panoramic mountain and water views. Designed for families and groups, The Lakefront Social combines comfort, style, and plenty of amenities to enjoy both inside and out.
Outside, the expansive wrap-around patio is the heart of the home. Enjoy a large saltwater pool with a tanning shelf, waterfalls, and spa — all overlooking the lake and the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountain ranges. The space also includes a built-in fire pit, multiple lounge areas, a covered gazebo, BBQ, and outdoor dining area under bistro lights. Guests love that you can catch both the sunrise and the sunset from this property, making it one of the most scenic homes in Terra Lago.
Inside, the open-concept design connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas for effortless gathering and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining in, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax together. Enjoy family-friendly fun with two arcade games, shuffleboard, and a big-screen TV for movies or sports. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a private balcony — the perfect spot for a morning coffee with lake and mountain views.

Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day as violations can occur at any time. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in begins after 3:00pm local time, and check-out is no later than 10:00am.
When available, early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for a $150 fee per request (up to three hours). Availability cannot be guaranteed and depends on preparation schedules. We always recommend planning for the standard check-in/out times.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?
All of our homes feature private pools and spas! Pool heat is not included and must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The pool maybe be heated up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100 per day (2 consecutive day minimum - ARRIVAL DAY must be included!!). There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. Pool will not be heated in the summer months.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you clean up after pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

We encourage you to enjoy our vacation homes, however we must abide by city and HOA policies. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.
ARE THERE LAKE ACTIVITIES?
There are no lake activities available for vacation guests. Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited. There is no option for water sports on the lake.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! The HOA is very strict on parking rules. There is space for 2 vehicles in the garage and an addition 2 in the driveway depending on vehicle size. Any tickets given due to parking will be guests financial responsibility. **COMMERCIAL, BRANDED VEHICLES, OR 10+ PASSENGER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.**
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY?
All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes! This home has 4 parking spaces available - 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival. **COMMERCIAL, BRANDED VEHICLES, OR 10+ PASSENGER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY.**
WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?

We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.

The Golf Club at Terra Lago boasts 36 holes of championship golf surrounded by endless mountain views. If you want to venture out a little further, there are hundreds of golf resorts to choose from, including a round of par 3 night time golf at "The Lights".
Just outside the community gates you will find the Badlands Hiking Trail and Fantasy Springs Casino where guests can hop over for a bite to eat or risk high stakes at the poker tables. Several other Casino's located within a short freeway drive.
Everything you would need is a quick drive away including the famous Empire Polo Club – home to Coachella & Stagecoach Music Festivals, El Paseo, Old Town La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, restaurants, and grocery stores.
