Would not stay in this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been doing winter monthly rentals from Arcadian 1 and 2 for many years, and have been satisfied until now. This condo is very outdated. The furniture is old, which would be OK if it were clean. When we arrived, we discovered black mold on the walls, in the bathrooms, in the pantry, on some of the wall hangings and on the refrigerator seals - which we cleaned. The master bed box spring wooden frame is broken and makes the bed very squeaky. It was obvious that no one has cleaned under furniture in a long time. The master closet was full and not available for us to use. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken. The slider doors to the balcony are very corroded, and we could only get one open after cleaning the track. All of this was reported to the office, along with pictures. The owned refused to do anything to remedy these problems. We will not rent this condo again. Other condos in the building are beautiful. Consider those over this one.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the rental was great! Balcony overlooks ocean, and we enjoyed. However it goes downhill from there. The unit is very dated and heavily used, not just furniture, but paint, appliances fixtures, etc. Pictured furniture is not what was in the unit. The entire place needs a deep cleaning, dust caked on the kitchen fan, on moldings. Grout in bathrooms needs bleach or recaulking. Tub mat in Master bath gross. Master bed had a plastic cover like a shower curtain on the mattress, not a real mattress pad. guest bedroom twin had no mattress pad and the headboard on one was not anchored and bangs the wall. Missing outlet cover in master. Sliding doors extremely hard to open, ditch the screens as they are off track and do not slide. The pool and grounds were very nice and the security excellent. For the price, this unit was a let down. Our daughter had another unit, far superior!

The kitchen backsplash was so modern, and the kitchen cabinets were painted a soothing color. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay oceanfront!
