Condo was wonderful! Super convenient location yet nicely away from all the noise and hustle and bustle. The beach was a very short walk away. Condo was clean and nicely stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the linens provided were nice and soft. Owner was incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend and come again!

Shipwatch Getaway

The condo was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and hot tub, it was awesome! It was a short walk to the beach and very close to restaurants and entertainment, we had a blast! We would definitely like to stay here again.

Dance competition vacation

We came down for a dance competition. We wanted some place that was close to the competition and close to the beach. The two minute walk to the beach was easy! Our kids loved the two pools and hot tub. The condo was clean and comfortable.

The condo is nice, the area is quiet and the walk to the beach is easy. Kevin the host is quick to respond if you have any questions. Our biggest complaint were the bath tubs, they are just odd. They have large pertrusions that look like sea shells that are not level making it difficult to sit shampoo or body wash on them without them falling (see photo). Other than that, the condo was great.

Great stay at Myrtle beach

Overall good stay. Kevin was a great host who always communicated in a timely manner. The condo was perfect for our family of four, the provided amenities were appreciated. Very close to the beach and a great location for everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, great location

Second year staying in this condo on vacation. The inetrior updates that the owner made are great! Condo has everything you could need while staying there. Our family had a great time and hope to go back next year.

Close 5 min walk to the beach 10 min walk to apache pier. 5 min drive to the store for food. Nice pool and hot tub area. Restaurants are a close drive too.

Great location!

This condo was in a fantastic location. Easy short walk to the beach and 2 nice size pools with a large hot tub in the middle. Lots of restaurants within a few miles and a beach restaurant/cafe/ice cream shop within walking distance. The host is very nice and quick to respond. I would definitely rent here again.

Vacation/Baseball Tournament

Our son had a baseball tournament in Myrtle Beach so we decided to make it as much of a vacation as we could. The location was perfect for us. It was close to the beach as well as anything else we needed or wanted to do. The condo was spacious for our family of 4 with plenty for the kids to do.

A Perfect Location

This is a perfect location if you have teenagers! It has two swimming pools and a hot tub. The condo is directly across the street from the beach. There are shops, restaurants and other activities just a short walk/drive away. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Kevin the host was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely return!! Thank you!

Wonderful Condo

My family spent 5 nights in Kevin’s condo over spring break. We have spent many vacations in MB over the years and his was one of the cleanest we have experienced. The condo building itself is an older, smaller complex, but the condo itself has been nicely updated. The pool area is great and not overly crowded. Parking is super easy as well. I would stay here again if it was open for our summer trip.

Great stay with toddler

This property met all expectations. From the short walk to the beach, to the communication with the property owner. We traveled with a 2 year old and this was condo was equipped with everything needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Kevin was very quick to communicate and accommodate us as needed. Will most definitely consider staying here again.

Very spacious condo, clean, kitchen well organised and loaded. 3 minutes walk to the beach. 2 very clean pools to enjoy. Parking facility and lots more. The only item unvailable was a hair dryer.

Spring break getaway

We decided to runaway from the snow for spring break. We’re looking for something reasonable yet close to the water. Kevin’s place checked all the boxes.. A close walk to the Apache pier for the kids to fish, the beach close for swimming, belly boarding etc…2 large pools and a huge hottub on site. The condo has everything in it you need other than food and clothes. Extremely comfortable beds and. Living room furniture! If you’re looking for a clean place this is it!

Great location in a quiet part of Myrtle

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and Kevin was great to work with. The balcony over-looks both pools and the hot tub allowing us to easily keep an eye on young teens while they swam. We did not travel with a baby- but the condo came equipped with baby seats and sippy cups etc which I thought was a nice touch. The location is just steps away from a couple quaint shops and restaurants/ice cream. It was just a quick walk to the beach access across the street. This part of the beach was quiet and less busy than other parts of Myrtle. The washer and dryer were an awesome perk. It is obviously an older unit, but had nice updates and was clean. We would stay again!

Amazing condo!!!

This place is amazing! We stayed for six nights with our 2-14 year old boys and our 10 year old boy. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. There was an air mattress in the closet if needed, we didn’t need it. There were 2 box fans (I always have to travel with a fan to sleep). They were nice to keep the AC circulating. The AC was able to keep up with the heat and humidity which was amazing! There is a balcony to sit on with an ocean view. I sat out there every morning and enjoyed my coffee. There is a closet on the balcony with beach chairs, a rolling cooler, a wagon to haul stuff to the beach and beach toys. The wagon was amazing to have to haul everything to the beach! The beach is literally across the street. This condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, just in case you aren’t able to do stairs. We also weren’t prepared for it to have very little toilet paper, paper towels, etc. That wasn’t a big deal, we just made a quick trip to the store for it. You may just want to bring some if you don’t want to run to the store. Overall we absolutely loved this condo and the location! It’s in north Myrtle Beach and more calm than being near downtown Myrtle Beach. We’d stay here again!
