Kasianda House is located in Berawa, an upscale neighbourhood in central Canggu. It is one of the most stylish & luxurious villas in Bali, with next level service.

We designed this 1000m2 (10764 sqft) property to enjoy time with our friends and extended family. We built a full commercial kitchen in the basement and recruited a team of 16 staff, icluding 4 chefs and 4 butlers, all trained at our favourite restaurants and beach clubs. We wanted to enjoy the food, cocktails and service we love - without leaving the house.

There are lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy, including the spectacular 16 x 7 metre infinity pool. Relax at the swim up bar while your butler serves you craft cocktails and poolside snacks. At the other end there's a shaded, shallow area for children.

After a massage in your room, kick back and watch movies in the state-of-the-art media room. With available childcare, a bouncy castle for rent, and plenty of games and toys, your little ones will have an unforgettable vacation too.

The entire villa is under one roof, air-conditioned and child safe.

THE SPACE

Completed in 2021, Kasianda House has been designed and engineered to the highest standard. It is in a very private and secure gated compound, with tall boundary walls, CCTV and a security guard.

The compound is positioned at the end of a small lane and is surrounded by rice fields. Despite being in the heart of bustling Berawa, moments away from the island’s best boutiques, restaurants and kids activities, the villa is incredibly peaceful, with only the sound of birdsong and traditional kites fluttering high above.

Inside, the villa is furnished with custom pieces and antiques. There is original art throughout the property.

Whisper quiet, concealed air conditioners provide powerful cooling in all bedrooms and living spaces.

Unlike almost anywhere else in Bali, you can drink the tap water due to our on-site state-of-the-art water filtration and sterilization plant.

The beds have high-end orthopaedic, pillow top mattresses and 300 thread count linens, and all the bathrooms have high pressure rainfall showers.

Hotel style technology distributes superfast (150 Mbs) WiFi throughout the property.

The media room is equipped with a 70" 4K TV and a 10 speaker Dolby Atmos surround sound system. Streaming services include US Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime.

There are ceiling mounted speakers throughout the villa. You can stream music from your devices, or ask your Butler to play our favourite playlists.

Outside, the infinity pool looks over the lush tropical garden and is lit by a fibre optic star-scape at night.

With sun loungers to soak up some rays, several balconies, patios and terraces, and a variety of elegant indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces, this villa has plenty of social spaces for large groups to spend time together, and lots of other places to relax individually or in smaller groups.

Kasianda House has been designed to be completely child safe. Unlike most large villas in Bali, all the bedrooms and living spaces are under one roof, so there’s no need to go outside to move between bedrooms. A rarity in Bali, the pool has tempered glass railings that conform to Australian safety standards. There is a high chair, a cot, lots of toys, a teepee, and craft materials. Anything else you might need is available to rent, including a bouncy castle with paddling pool and water gun. With available high quality child care, you’ll have everything you need to keep your little ones entertained.

Order drinks and food from an extensive menu, at prices comparable to nearby restaurants, or ask for a dining experience customized to your preferences. Your Butler can bring you breakfast in bed, or craft cocktails by the pool.

Many of our guests celebrate a special occasion during their stay at Kasianda House. Our team can cater any type of event, be it a formal dinner, or cocktails and canapés for 50 people. We work with a variety of entertainment suppliers, and the villa can be decorated to match any theme. Whether you're up for an Ibiza style party with DJ and a foam canon, or a birthday party for your little one (complete with unicorn rides around the garden) we've got you covered. Wind down with a massage in your room, or enjoy a glass of wine while our aestheticians pamper you and your friends on the terrace. We are a convenient 30-45 minute drive to Bali's international airport.

For day trips to other parts of the island, we are around 45 minutes to Sanur and less than an hour's drive to Ubud.

GETTING AROUND

The villa is located within a short walk of lots of attractions, but for those times you'd prefer to drive or be driven, we have an available 11 seater luxury minibus and driver, and a large 3 car parking area for guests to use.
