Whether you are coming to relax or play, you will want to stay for the view! Have a boat or jet skis? Bring the family and hang out in the family game room. Take a short drive to Lake Livingston State Park for hiking, swimming, or fishing. Close to shopping and restaurants in Onalaska. Less than an hour to Livingston, Huntsville and Houston.

This is a two story house. The main living area is UPSTAIRS.
Downstairs is a screened in porch/game room, laundry room and bathroom(not remodeled). Large downstairs screened in game room and dining area. Second story deck with amazing lake views!



New Inflatable kayak, inflatable SUP and youth kayak. $50 deposit required. You must have transportation to take to and from neighborhood pier.

2 adult and 2 children’s life jackets available.


There is NO direct water access from the house. Public fishing is allowed at the neighborhood boat ramp bulkhead about 1/2 a mile from the house.

Just across the street from sister Property, Sunrise and Lake Time. Have a large group? Book both houses sleeping 16-18 (With both houses).

Dogs are welcome. Please note the yard is NOT fenced and there is a city leash law.

Roku TV's in every room

Ring Video monitoring located above driveway. Only monitored between stays and as needed if there is a disturbance reported.

** Onalaska has implemented a 7% hotel occupancy fee. This rate is the administration fee.

Large porch with water view

It is a cute property! Lots of pros: sleeping space, extra sleeping options for flexible sleeping arrangements, large porch, the host communicates quickly. Great location for our needs and to visit with family.

GREAT VRBO!

Such a cute place right across from the water in a nice subdivision and super clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay there again if we needed to travel to Onalaska! The owners were very responsive to questions and we were super happy with the rental.

The Peaceful Getaway We Needed

This was a great, much needed long getaway. Property was as expected. As other reviewers have mentioned, you just can't beat watching the sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee from the front deck each morning. Great communication from our hosts.

Birthday Get Away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family getaway to celebrate by husbands birthday. The house is very clean and has been recently updated. It’s tucked away in a quiet/peaceful community. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the porch every morning enjoying the lake view. There was great communication with the owner Meghan. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay with great communication.

Just returned home from a stay with 2 young children and 4 adults. There was plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The view of the lake from the upstairs deck was a nice touch. Everything was clean inside and the AC was cool, which was very nice after spending time outside in the heat. Communication with the homeowners was a breeze. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Perfect for our trip

The house is very nice, comfortable, and in a nice area with good roads. The amenities were amazing, and though we didn’t use any of the recreational equipment, we appreciate that another family will love having them available. Check in was a breeze and check out was simple and easy. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture comfortable. We were glad that the TV was simple to operate as well. Thank you for everything.

A nice getaway on the lake

The listing was everything it said it would be, there were some bugs but I mean your at the lake surrounded by trees so that would be expected. We have family welcoming a new baby in Livingston so the location worked out great. Meghan was quick to respond and accommodating to questions and when we had to leave early due to a potentially hazardous drive home. We do plan to stay here again when the opportunity arises.

Girls' Weekend stay

Group of 6 longtime friends. House was a great size and layout. We loved sitting on the porch, where we could enjoy the lake view. Location was great. Several good restaurants on "our side" of the lake. Only 15-20 minutes from Livingston. Fun shopping and Katie's Cafe (exceptional food and atmosphere) and The Courthouse Whistle Stop Cafe ( amazing brunch buffet). Only negatives, no washcloths so got some at Wmart, and TV access. We're finding this all over - know your streaming services and passwords. With Roku, etc, you can find channels, but need to log in to access certain programs. Oh well, just got to talk. Overall, good experience!

Peaceful & relaxing getaway

Mark & Megan were amazing hosts. This was the perfect spot for a peaceful & relaxing getaway with the family. The view of the lake was beautiful & the downstairs game room was a hit! We will definitely recommend to anyone looking!

Originally from Rockport, Tx we relocated to south Houston about 7 years ago. We have 2 boys and 2 boy Golden retrievers. We love the water and always end up on vacation at the lake or beach!

This is our second VRBO property. When it became available across the street from M&M Sunrise and Lake Time we knew we had to have it. We've been remodeling it ourselves the last few months and cannot wait to have our entire family out to the lake. We hope you will bring yours also!

Twin Harbors is a friendly and quiet lake side neighbor in Onalaska, TX. Not too far from larger cities. There are so many great locally owned restaurants and stores in Onalaska and neighboring cities.
