As you enter, you're greeted by a bright and airy living room, boasting stunning Gulf views and furnished with two plush leather couches and a flatscreen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The completely remodeled kitchen features elegant granite countertops, a functional kitchen island, and brand-new furniture, making meal prep a breeze. Gather around the dining table or enjoy casual meals at the barstools as you share stories of your adventures. The first floor hosts two master bedrooms, each with queen-size beds, TVs, and attached bathrooms for added convenience. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are cozy and identical, featuring queen beds and TVs, sharing a conveniently located bathroom. Bedroom 4, located to the north, offers side Gulf views, a queen bed, and an en-suite bathroom accessible from the hallway. Before heading to the second floor, enjoy the scenic views from the covered balcony overlooking the Gulf and Mobile Bay. The hallway also conveniently houses a laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer. Ascend to the second floor to find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 5 features a queen bed and Gulf views, while Bedroom 6 offers a full-size bed with private balcony access for those breathtaking morning sunrises.

Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!
 
Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
