Welcome to our stunning 2br 2ba completely remodeled condo with amazing water view, centrally located minutes away from Table Rock Lake, Golf courses, Branson Landing, the 76 Strip, Shows, Restaurants, Silver Dollar City, Outlets and a lot more. Large screen Smart TV, electric fire place, Wi-Fi internet, washer/dryer…

Table Rock lake and Moonshine Beach is 5 min drive enjoy swimming, kayaking, rent a boat/Jet ski at state park Marina.

Fall Creek Marina with the boat rentals is within the resort area (appx 3min drive) on a beautiful Taneycomo lake which is famous for trout fishing( fishing gear is available for rent at fall creek marina)
Spend a day playing golf on any of the golf courses, closest one is Point Royale.
Silver Dollar City is 15 min drive where this world famous park has fun rides, shows and delicious food for whole family.
After a fun day exploring Branson come back and enjoy amazing water view from the balcony.
Kitchen: Custom fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay ( fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, dishes and basic condiments. (Paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soap provided)
Beautiful Living Room with Vaulted Ceilings: Has two sleeper full size couches for extra sleeping space, large 55 In Smart TV with pre-installed applications (Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc.) that guests can use to login with their accounts. Has Electric Fireplace and access to balcony.
Dining Room: Has table with seating for 6 people
Master Bedroom: Has a large king size bed with luxury combo sprint/memory foam mattress for great night sleep. Also has full walk-in closet
Downstairs Bathroom: Has a separate area with double glass sink vanity and full tub and shower.
Upstairs Loft Bedroom: Has a queen size bed with luxury memory foam mattress and bathroom (Shower and vanity. Also has closet space.

Nice comfortable apartment, with good view over lake. The bedrooms let in a lot of light in the mornings, so hard to sleep late. Well equipped but lacked a kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Condo was very clean, comfortable and everything we needed! We loved the location and the view. Close to everything, check in process was extremely convenient. Thank you for making it an easy process! Unfortunately, my time ended up mostly in the hospital so I didn't get to enjoy it as much but it was very accommodating for my family the time they were there. We had to move to another place due to this awesome place not being available our entire stay and we would've much rather stayed here the entire time but that couldn't be helped. I would mention, if you are a person who prefers or is used to dark curtains or black out curtains, the lower main bedroom will not be the one for you. It has a beautiful vaulted ceiling with a high window, and FULL sun, and unfortunately you can hear anyone that may be coming or going around your room. But if your an early bird and up with the , you'll love it! Thank you for allowing us the time to stay. We'd love to stay again!

We had a great stay. The condo is very cool. A lot of really cool details. We loved sitting outside with the view of the water. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do. The host answered emails quickly and was very nice. I would highly recommend this property. Would not think twice about staying here again!!!

Very clean. 2 big comfortable beds and 2 nice bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen.Too many steps for older folks.No comfortable seating for older folks.Disappointed that the balcony had those low Adirondack chairs but the view was lousy anyway.But for younger folks, this place was a bargain. Great price.

Family-Friendly, slept 5 just fine. Place was clean. Great location just outside the big mix of Branson but close enough to easily enjoy all it had to offer. Safe neighborhood.

This was the perfect little get a way for my birthday weekend. Perfectly located around everything to do in Branson! The condo is updated and extremely clean. The deck on the back was perfect for a late night cap for me and my husband. There are two bedrooms, one in the loft, which we stayed there versus the king size bedroom on the main floor, mainly due to me immediately taking everything up the stairs before looking around. We definitely plan to stay here again. Oh, and it’s within walking distance of a Mexican restaurant with the best food and margs in the area! I give the host 5 stars!

Nice Location, Modern Place, lacks amenities

The location is nice and quiet, extremely clean and decorated very modern. If you are looking for basic accommodations, safe area, this location is more than acceptable. I would like to call out a few things that are lacking. The condo sleeps 6 people, but it would be uncomfortable and two of the beds are futons and are not comfortable at all. Having futons for sofa's is not comfortable when you are wanting to sit around and relax on "soft" furniture. There are very limited towels and washcloths. For our stay there were 3 of us and we were given 6 towels and 4 washcloths. There is a washer/dryer comb, however, you can only wash or dry, small loads and you cannot wash/dry at the same time. Also, if you are big coffee drinkers, would recommend taking your own coffee pot as the coffee pot in this condo is five cups. The bed in the downstairs room is very comfortable. The bed in the upstairs room is very uncomfortable and squeaks every time someone moves. In addition for travelers, an iron and ironing board would be very helpful to have. The door has a video doorbell which was concerning to me, and made us wonder if we were being watched coming and going. This property was just not the best for our families and things we are accustom to having when we travel.
