"Enjoy a stylish experience at this home retreated in the woods on a 1.2 acre lot.. RTP, Duke, UNC, NC State, Apex, Durham, Chapel Hill, RDU Airport all within 20 min drive. 2 miles from restaurants, markets including H-Mart, Harris Teeters, Wegman’s and shopping. Jet tub, huge shower , one king bed and 2 queen beds with a daybed in bonus big sunroom can be the fourth sleeping place needed. Well-equipped kitchen, brand new Maytag washer/dryer. Super speed fiber WIFI, smart TVs in all bedrooms, Coffee, tea, in sink hot water always available. all fenced backyard with huge beautiful deck.

Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The entertainment system was very good. The beds and the living room furniture were comfortable. However, the front porch area smelled like cat urine. The temperature thermostat was hard to control. The enclosed back porch smelled like someone's pets had been kept inside. The back deck needed to be pressure washed. The cookware was substandard. There was one good pan to cook with. The cost of the stay was much cheaper than staying in a motel. We absolutely appreciated having the extra space and separate bedrooms.

Apex House

The house was in a great neighborhood. It was a roomy house and suited our needs well. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but only had one bowl that was a nice size for salads, etc. There was an ant problem throughout the house. A little icky.

Great Trip!

This property is perfect for a family stay. It has a lovely backyard and plenty or room in the driveway to park. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a great night sleep from the first night.

Peaceful cottage

Quiet neighborhood. Home was well stocked with all essentials. Clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of clean fresh linens. Upon arriving, check in was smooth, but the home was 56 degrees inside, and it took a few hours to warm up. Also, the sidewalk and back deck were not clean. There was tree debris everywhere. Unfortunately some ants on the kitchen countertop. Utility closet was in disarray with kcups on the same shelf as household cleaners.

Peaceful setting

We only stayed for a night, but it was a lovely place to stay. Bed was comfortable, host was very responsive when needed, and the backyard/deck was beautiful!

Apex vacation

The house is older, but it’s nice and in very good condition. The neighborhood was quiet and there was no traffic noise. Everything worked as it should and we had no issues. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re staying in the area, the host was responsive and it was a great price and good area!

Amazing home away from home

Clean neat well appointed bungalow. If you are looking for a little nook to escape to, this is a great place. Screened deck, huge deck, very private wooded backyard. all appliances dishes and comforts of home without the clutter or need to clean it myself. :-). wonderful stay.

Better than expected

Everything about this place is so much better in person. The neighbors are also nice and friendly! Amanda is definitely a 5star host with her communication skills and flexibility. Place is a 10/10 and will be recommending this place to all my family and friends

Raleigh visit

Overall okay place for my needs. Traffic noise deterred from outdoor use. The place could use a good deep clean and repairs inside and out. Not very many kitchen amenities. My check in was delayed because they were still cleaning up from the last tenant. Host was very responsive to the TV not working and had it running again quickly.

Really enjoyed our visit

We liked the house a lot and the location was perfect for us and our cat. We walk our cat on a leash and your road worked very well for that. The only downsides were the kitchen could have been stocked better, such as with paper towels and a sponge, but these are small things. We hope to be back next spring.

It is a spacious , cute clean house with most updated kitchen , bathrooms. Big Deck, Bathroom, Master bedroom that ensure that you can enjoy your stay. All bed set are white hotel grand Linen. washed with above 60 degree hot water.
