Our Edgewater Beach Resort Condo is updated, clean and in excellent condition. This condo is located in Tower 3 on the 10th floor and is in the ultimate location - not too high or too low, and the panoramic views from this balcony of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing. It overlooks one of the pools and a hot tub! Bask in the sun on your large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. The view is unbelievable from this balcony, and the master bedroom views do not disappoint! Wall of floor to ceiling windows, and a door leading to the balcony! There are only a few 1 bedroom deluxe condos at Edgewater and this condo has a very spacious floor plan. The condo is extremely large with over 1000 square feet of living area. The massive master bedroom suite and the living area both open onto the gulf front balcony. Newly remodeled bunk space provides more sleeping options with premium plush beds for comfort. The queen sleeper sofa sleeps 2 more guests. You will find everything up to date, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat panel Televisions and free wireless internet. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably.

Lovely condo! We had a wonderful stay! A most incredible view from the balcony. Great pools. We especially appreciated the screen on the balcony windows that kept the heat out. Our only difficulty was figuring out how to lock the door whenever we left but trial and error soon solved that. The instructions on the back of the door did not really make sense to us but we eventually figured out what they meant.

Wonderful trip

My husband along with our 6 year old had an amazing time at edge water resort. Our condo was so clean and beautiful. The views of the ocean were amazing. The pools were nice and we loved the air brush T-shirt shop was in the resort. We can’t wait to book here again.
