This stunning 4th floor property offers mesmerizing views of the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort Tower 2 Pool & Hot Tub! The open floor plan great room is furnished with a coastal inspired sofa that pulls out to a queen sleeper. You'll enjoy the large screen TV with Roku streaming and Lux Speed WiFi throughout the property. There's nothing like surfing by the surf! Kick back and relax in the leather recliner. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy the expansive views and people watching! The kids will love the bunk beds built into the hallway closet across from the kitchen.

The kitchen has an ocean view, too and is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more!

The dining area, which is also Gulf-front, seats 6 at the table and has more seating for 4 at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless! This makes it inviting to eat in or sit and play board games or cards. Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
