Valleywood Villa is in a prime resort location -- minutes to all amenities including the GTA Owner's Club, Eagle Ridge golf courses, Lake Galena, multiple walking/hiking trails, & more! This is a 5BR with all ensuite baths for ultimate privacy and a half bath on the main floor. Ideal for families or groups of 5-12. Space for all w/ 2 living rooms each with wood-burning fireplaces and TVs. Relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing.

Escape to Valleywood Villa, your serene retreat in the heart of The Galena Territory, perfect for families and groups! This bright and spacious home features abundant windows that flood every room with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and togetherness.

Unwind in the impressive living room, complete with a soaring ceiling, skylights, and a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone mantle housing a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Seamlessly transition to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, boasting access to two expansive outdoor spaces—one screened for bug-free evenings and one open to the elements.

The main level offers a spacious primary bedroom with a King bed, private bathroom, and its own deck, while the lower level features four additional bedrooms, each with queen beds, private baths, and patios. Gather in the comfortable lower-level living room, complete with another fireplace, TV, and access to a serene and wooded backdrop, including a six-person hot tub. The lower-level living room also features a sleeper sofa allowing this home to accommodate up to 12.

Valleywood Villa is the ideal base for exploring all that Galena has to offer, whether it's hitting the slopes at Chestnut Mountain, teeing off at Eagle Ridge, indulging in spa treatments at Stonedrift Spa, or soaking in the charm of downtown Galena.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to cook in, and the hot tub was the highlight after long days exploring Galena. Every bedroom having its own ensuite was a huge plus. We’d definitely come back!

Over all a fantastic stay! The house was clean and the location was exactly what we wanted. Bathrooms in each bedroom is a great idea and now a must have for future rentals. The outdoor jacuzzi was nice after a long day of golf and the kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the outdoor deck with a grill. Brian was a great host and kept us well informed. Thanks!

Good communication, easy excess but sometimes unlock was little sensitive. House was not too big but high ceilings give you lot of light and space very nice cozy good enough for 12 adults ( couples)we was happy because all bedroom has a bathroom, excellent job also thanks for Brian . He is very professional quick response and easy communication.

Wooded retreat

Eagle Ridge resort and its properties are beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay in this home. It is tucked into the trees which affords a lot of privacy. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which worked wonderfully for us with four families in the house. New carpet must have been installed throughout as it was very clean, but did make it hard to close the doors. We used the deck and the grill, and the kids enjoyed the hot tub! With twelve people, we had a lot of food with no where to put it. The pantry is locked and the cupboards are full of dishes which was really great for so many people but the counters were filled with boxes and bags for our stay. The screen to the porch door was ripped, but luckily there were no mosquitos so we could still use the porch. The property is somewhat dated and the yard overgrown with a fallen tree. These are aesthetics, our stay was very pleasant, the neighborhood was quiet and a walking path was close so we could walk to the resort, tennis courts, playground and pickleball courts.

Great location and beautiful house. Nice and clean, comfortable beds and great overall layout. The towels were clean but a bit old. Small leak in one of the windows, but to be fair a giant storm hit when we were at the home. Hosts were extremely easy to work with and checking in and out was fast and smooth. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

Family weekend

We enjoyed our weekend immensely. Overall, the interior was very clean and felt like a vacation retreat. We had a little with us, so we brought a fencing to put around the open stairway for safety. We would not recommend this home for young children unless you are prepared to bring child safety equipment and activities to occupy them. We thoroughly enjoyed the Owners Club, but think that if you rent a house that sleeps 12, you should have more than 6 guest passes. The arrea was very picturesque with hilly landscape and felt like we were farther away than Illinois! This area is a gem!

Forty was fun

We stayed with 4 adult couples for my wife’s 40th birthday. We had an awesome time and the house was perfect for our low key getaway. We loved the real wood fireplace, beautiful hot tub and well equipped house. We’ll definitely be back!

Enjoyable stay

We were a group of 6 adults and 5 kids. The house had plenty of space for all of us, was clean and the kitchen was stocked well too. Communication from Brian was great and check in and check out was a breeze.

Great family weekend getaway

We recently stayed here with a large family, and it was the perfect place for a group getaway! The house was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out while still having cozy common areas where we could gather. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we appreciated that many had en-suite bathrooms, which made mornings much more relaxed for our group. The kitchen was well-equipped and large enough for us to cook meals together, and the dining area easily accommodated our family for shared meals. The location was ideal for us, too – peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to stores and attractions so we never felt isolated. The owners were responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this house for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-maintained home with plenty of space and all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay!

Family Wedding Get-Together

Stayed here with my 4 siblings and all our spouses. The property itself was great--nestled well into the landscaping and very nicely decorated! The great room / kitchen / screened-in porch / deck areas gave a very open feeling, which is great for a large group. Also nice to have a bathroom for each room! However, the carpeting (in the downstairs area particularly) smelled very strongly of pet urine. There were countless spots on the carpet itself that looked as if someone half-tried to clean it, but was unsuccessful. Being a dog-friendly home does not equate to urine stains / smells being at all acceptable. When I did reach out to inform about the situation, I was basically dismissed and told it is not the problem of the place, but instead with my own sensitivities. Again, when 5 groups of 2 people arrive at different times and all smell the same thing upon entering, not even mentioning the still damp marks themselves, this is not a matter of sensitivities whatsoever. Half of us are pet owners, mind you. When I then voiced my concerns again, taking time out of my holiday weekend, I was told by Brian that he himself went over and 'tested' the areas--so again, not justifying our complaints, but just looking at how he can dismiss them. Again, the state of the house/carpet was completely apparent. The person I communicated with was of zero help, and rather rude. We still enjoyed ourselves, but I would not recommend this house, despite it looking great on paper, and at first.

Family weekend getaway

This property was a great size for our group of 7 adults and 2 teens. The house was well stocked with paper products such as paper towel and toilet paper. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner was an unexpected but appreciated surprise. It was great to have a gas grill and there was even an extra tank ready to go if we needed it. The house is definitely a well used rental but the beds were comfortable and the space was great for our group! Brian was easy to communicate with and was helpful with getting golf passes to our rental before we arrived.
