Valleywood Villa is a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath vacation home in The Galena Territory built for the trips where "just book two houses" is the wrong answer. Five ensuite bedrooms, two wood-burning fireplaces, a private hot tub, and a five-minute drive to all four Eagle Ridge championship courses.

- Check-in 4:00 PM · Check-out 11:00 AM

- Same-day flips are the norm; early check-in and late check-out are not confirmed until one day prior

- Free on-site parking; driveway fits at least 6 vehicles

- On-site washer and dryer

- Fast and reliable Fiber Internet WiFi

- No smoking or vaping indoors or within 15 feet of windows and doors

- Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM (guests may enjoy the property outdoors — just keep noise considerate of full-time neighbors)

- No events, parties, or gatherings beyond registered guests

- No pets. A $500 unauthorized pet fee applies if this policy is violated

- Rental agreement e-signature + a copy of primary renters ID is required within 48 hours of booking (3rd party bookings are not permitted -- the name on the reservation must match ID and form of payment)

- Our cancellation policy is not flexible — we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.
