La casa de vacaciones Eden Lago en Alcudia es la elección perfecta para unas relajantes vacaciones en Mallorca en familia o con amigos. La ubicación no podría ser mejor: tranquila y privada, pero a solo unos minutos a pie de la hermosa playa de arena de Alcudia. Aquí podrá disfrutar al máximo del sol, el mar y el estilo de vida mediterráneo.



La casa tiene todo lo que necesita para una estancia confortable. Una gran piscina de agua salada con 8 tumbonas lo invita a relajarse, mientras que la terraza cubierta con mesa de comedor de madera crea las condiciones ideales para disfrutar de agradables veladas al aire libre.



En el interior, encontrará una luminosa sala de estar y comedor con balcón, una cocina totalmente equipada y cuatro acogedoras habitaciones. Dos de las habitaciones tienen camas dobles, las otras tienen camas individuales, perfectas para familias o grupos. Dos baños modernos proporcionan una comodidad adicional, uno de los cuales se renovará en 2026.



Las instalaciones incluyen aire acondicionado, WiFi, TV vía satélite, lavadora y secadora. Hay dos plazas de aparcamiento cubiertas disponibles justo al lado de la casa.

Really enjoyed our stay, this is a great and spacious villa with fantastic outdoor space and pool

It's a short stroll over to the beach and there are lots of amenities within walking distance (lovely coffee, fresh juice and croissants from the nearby cafe). Would stay again.

Two families with four children and we had plenty of space. The house was nice and quiet! The pool and the outdoor space was everything that you wanted! I highly recommend this house!

Quiet, peaceful, friendly villa..

The villa is beautiful, looks even better than in the photos, great place for a family, with well equipped kitchen, clean towels provided, comfortable beds, great barbecue area, with charcoal provided, and the pool very clean and very well maintained..We were surprised to find attached our arrival 2 hampers with fruits and other goodies like vine and chocolate..the kids really enjoyed it..at one point the owners visited and gave us a huge pastry..huge thanks for the incredible stay..we will definitely return..️️️

Wonderful week

A beautiful villa well equipped. We were a family of 8 ranging from 3 to 70 years old and this villa had everything we needed. The pool was a really good size. The bbq was a great bonus too. With a living room and balcony at the front of the property plus a patio at the back by the pool there was plenty of outside places to relax. You will definitely need mosquito repellent in the summer months, but the villa is equipped with plug ins and candles. We took extra and needed them due to the proximity to the canal at the back. We would definitely stay again if we visited this part of the world. No improvements needed.

Beautiful outdoor area

We enjoyed a week at the villa with two babies 3 adults and 2 children. We loved the outdoor area very spacious and clean. The pool was a big size and we enjoyed the large table where we sat and ate most evenings.

Smooth and easygoing holiday

Monaghan Family holiday 2024

We all had a fantastic time at Eden lago, the villa is beautiful. A lovely welcome basket was in the kitchen on arrival, my 6 year old was in the pool everyday and loved every minute of our holiday. The only problem was the mosquitoes at night but would definitely come back

Wonderful Accommodation!

Our 2nd stay at this beautiful villa, great location, within minutes walk of the beach, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The house is lovely with everything you need. Our family of 7 adults stayed here for a week and loved every moment

The house has plenty of space and is so well furnished with 2 kitchens, a brilliant sized pool and very private surroundings. We loved how secure the property was and the layout was great. The house was spotless and looked even better than the photos, we were blown away! The owners came to visit halfway through the week and brought us pastries, so kind! The area is great, the beach is genuinely 3 mins walk away and there’s lots of food spots, shops, bike rentals and activities in very close proximity.

We had a fantastic week here.

The property was close to a big supermarket and great Cafe. Turn left down the road. For great restaurants turn right. We made the mistake of walking for miles the first 2 nights. The pool is beautiful and clean. The outdoor dining space was fabulous. We spent every night out there. The hosts have thought of everything. The utility space was great and provided detergent for washing. Cutlery upstairs and downstairs made it very easy to dine whenever we wanted. The hosts were lovely and brought a delicious pastry for us on the second day. You will have neighbours whilst staying here, but ours were pleasant. We would highly recommend staying g here but bring bug spray!!

Friendly host and beautiful stay

The friendly owners were really kind and added thoughtful touches like fresh fruit baskets on arrival and a delivery of a Spanish cake during our stay. The villa is as described, it was spacious and had everything we needed. The location is great for beaches and there is a supermarket less than 5 min away as well as cafes close by. The bus from the airport also stops very close! Communication was good and check in was very straightforward. I would definitely recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful week 😊

Great villa for two families

The villa and pool is lovely. Clean and well equipped. The beach is just across the road. The buses are easy and the supermarket is close. There are lovely outdoor areas to sit out. The air con was appreciated for a good nights sleep. We were downstairs and the shower was lovely too. There is a full utility room for washing and drying. The WiFi was a bit in and out but worked overall. My only suggestion would be that a set of plastic cutlery would be helpful for poolside. All in all, a fantastic property. Thank you for having us.

Villa is a semi detached property, so adjoining neighbours. Lovely large villa, 4 bedrooms (1 downstairs along with 1 bathroom). Large Bbq, nice sized pool with comfy loungers. The outside covered seating area in bigger than the photos make it look. Utility room for food preo, sink etc very handy, with loads of crockery. The front balcony dining area is perfect for breakfast. Surrounded by tennis courts, and only 2 streets away from thr beach area. Large lake at side of property at end of the road. Great week, nice helpful hosts. Would book again. Thank you.

Fabulous house

We had a great holday in this lovely house. Everything you could want was provided. .A lovely welcome hamper on arrival of essentials. Layout of house was good as was the location. Across the road from a gorgeous beach. 4 min walk to supermarket. Local restaurants and bars close by. Bus stop 3 mins away for bus to Alcudia Port and town. We got a lovey suprise of a large cake delivered to us as a gift from the owners. Great pool and a sun lounger for everybody. We were a party of 7. One small thing..the WIFI to the tv wasn't good. Kept buffering but only a small complaint. Would have no hesitation in recommending Eden Lago to anyone. Thank you .

A beautiful Gem of a Villa

This is our second stay at Villa Eden Lago and it was as lovely as the first time. The villa has everything you need from cutlery, plates to coffee machine, BBQ and of course the lovely pool. The villa is set in a nice quiet part of Alcúdia but within a short walk of nice restaurants and bus stops for either direction within a 5 minute walk. Supermarket Eroski just 5 minutes away whose prices are reasonable. The owners as always were very accommodating, polite and popped in a lovely pastry treat mid week. Only issue we had was the air con unit in the upstairs main bedroom was leaking and took until Wednesday to sort. Not the owners fault as parts take time but we felt a lack of communication from the agent regarding updates and felt we had to do the chasing. If you’re looking for the perfect villa in Alcúdia then this is the one for you! Response time to communication via WhatsApp. When there is an issue the holiday makers expect a quick response and not having to chase things up.

What a lovely holiday

The villa was lovely. It was clean and had all the possible amenities that we could want. No shortage of anything. We were welcomed by Phillipe and his Wife and were able to arrive earlier than the normal booking in time. Phillipe gave us all the information we needed about the Villa and pool and left a wonderful welcome basket with everything we could need until we had time to get to the shops. The rooms were all a good size with plenty of storage space and a safe. We spent most of our stay around the pool, with comfy sun loungers, shade or not and poolside towels. The outside table is huge and sits nicely in the shade all day. The villa and the pool were both cleaned during our stay without any inconvenience to us, and we didn't notice the gardener until he popped around to say he was off! The villa is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and local resultants are only a short walk away, or the 'main drag' a15 min walk or quick bus ride. The old town was an early morning jog away or for the slower starters of the group a frequent bus journey away. It is also possible to get to the villa by bus from the airport with no bother at all. Thank you for the wonderful pastry and restaurant recommendations (unfortunately they were full all week!) We would happy recommend your villa for a happy relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
