Family home in a green setting between Aix-en-Provence and the Luberon

Welcome to our family home and its vast garden of more than 600 m2. Above ground swimming pool of 10m2. Air conditioning. We chose it for its many assets:
- Our house is nestled in a private crossing with the air of a country lane, in a quiet and sought-after area yet in the immediate vicinity of the historic center of Pertuis; ideal to enjoy on foot the market, the summer festivities. and all the amenities. Possibility to park a first vehicle in front of the door of our garage, a second in the garden, closed by a gate. Otherwise, parking is easy and free in the neighboring streets.
- Entirely on one level, the 110 m2 house opens onto our large garden, facing south but in the heart of which you will find a nice shady corner at any time of the day: on the terrace, in the shade of the mulberry tree and the lime tree or in the summer lounge, under the medlar tree; the tall trees and bamboos make us completely forget the presence of the neighboring buildings; you can enjoy our gas barbecue (embers prohibited), our summer kitchen area (oven, gas stove, fridge), convivial meals in the fresh air (dining tables and chairs that can accommodate 8 to 10 people), more relaxed moments (hammock, garden furniture, hanging chair), and water games (2m x5 above-ground pool, delivered at the beginning of July!).
- Inside:
* you will first cross a veranda that can open wide onto the garden and which our two children use as a games room; you will find board games and a Nintendo game console (retrogaming).
*You have arrived in our pleasant living room with a surface area of 40m2 (armchair + 2 sofas that can be used as single extra beds, a toilet, an internet box -on the other hand no television); from this living space:
**you will see, through a glass roof, the dining kitchen (20m2) whose cement tile floor, paintings and part of the furniture we renovated last summer.... As the photos show, the rest of the kitchen is very functional but is still in its Provençal juice to this day!
** you will have access to a first sleeping area composed of three completely renovated bedrooms (1. bedroom with bed 160 / 2. children's bedroom with 1 bed 90 + drawer bed 90 /3. children's bedroom with cabin bed 90) and the family bathroom (large walk-in shower, vmc, toilet)
** a fourth bedroom (bed 140), independent, is accessible from the outside from the garden, or by a patio adjoining the kitchen.

-Finally, our house is ideally located: Aix en Provence and Lourmarin are only 20 minutes away by car, Marseille and the sea only 45/50 minutes away.... or accessible by public transportation from the Pertuis intermodal hub.
