With the upcoming Cannes Film Festival, stay in Antibes and quickly reach Cannes by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Located on the third floor with an elevator, you'll find every comfort: 37m² of living space, 1 bedroom, the living room has air conditioning that circulates well throughout the apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a small parking space (for city cars) or public parking and parking spaces available nearby in the adjacent streets. It's the perfect location for exploring Antibes, the old town, the beaches, and the surrounding region!

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and the living room offers a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 guests.

Go see a play at the Antibea Theater, just steps from the apartment, or a movie at the new Cinema Marenda Lacan complex (scheduled to open summer 2023!) near the post office.
Everything is within walking distance, but you can also park your car in the parking lot if you're driving a city car.
All amenities, shops, and boutiques for shopping are nearby, including restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.
In season, the little train from the Post Office can take you to Juan-les-Pins, where you can spend the day exploring other beaches.
Juan also hosts a famous jazz festival in the summer (Jazz a Juan), and will charm you with its bars and restaurants that have made its reputation for nightlife!
The old town of Antibes will immerse you in a decidedly Mediterranean atmosphere, with markets and lively alleyways, squares and little squares where locals gather at the terraces of cafés and restaurants.
Antibes is also a city steeped in history. A former Greek port colony, you will have the opportunity to stroll along the harbor quays and its famous Billionaires' Quay. You'll find Fort Vauban and the Picasso Museum overlooking the Mediterranean Sea from the heights of old Antibes, as well as a beautiful cathedral.
A few kilometers away towards Nice, we find the Cagnes-sur-Mer racecourse, Marina Baie des Anges or the famous Siesta Casino.
As for sports activities, Antibes offers sailing, diving, windsurfing, kayaking, and catamaran rentals. For golf enthusiasts, courses are available nearby, as well as horseback riding and tennis.
In winter, you can access several resorts in the region for a day trip, such as Isola 2000, which is a 1.5-hour drive away.
To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and get off at Antibes train station, which is a 10-15 minute walk away.
- You can drive and take the Antibes exit on the A8 motorway, which is 20 minutes from the apartment. - If you are arriving from the airport, the apartment is a 25-45 minute drive away depending on travel times.
Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also provided for each guest (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Housekeeping is also included in the rental price. However, dishes must be cleaned and the trash disposed of.
If you would like regular housekeeping, this is available upon request.
This service is charged at €35 per hour.
One or more changes of sheets and towels are available upon request.
A complete set of bed linen and two towel sets is charged at €40.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable condition and clean. Guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, and basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene during their stay.
All or part of the deposit may be retained in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
