Es ist ja schon viel Positives geschrieben worden, was ich nur bestätigen kann.Patrizia ist eine freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und beantwortet Fragen immer sofort.Was bleibt in Erinnerung?a. das Gebäude und das Apartment sind sehr gepflegt und extrem sauberb. die Küche ist riesig und gut ausgestattetc. ein toller Balkon mit bequemen Stühlen, der zum Verweilen einlädtd. modernes Badezimmere. Aufzug vorhandenBeim nächsten Besuch würde ich die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder auswählen.

The pictures of this property don’t do it justice! It’s much larger than a typical studio with a lovely balcony overlooking a wonderful, lively street with food, shopping and green spaces. The street it’s on feeds right into the old town on one side, and the beach in the other direction. It’s truly in the perfect spot! The kitchen is large and well equipped (loved having a dishwasher) with plenty of extra space to dry clothes after washing. Having a balcony is a great way to extend the space, and the fact that it’s covered makes it perfect during the hottest part of the day. I spent a lot of time on that balcony sipping wine and reading! The owner, too, could not have been nicer. She was very understanding about my delayed arrival and showed me around and got me squared away. She even sent along a great list of favorite spots to try!I loved so much about staying here and the only downside for me was the sofa bed was not comfortable. The mattress is the old style—thin and with springs that protrude and after a couple nights I just switched to sleeping on the folded up couch which worked great for me, but I think it’s worth mentioning as a couple wouldn’t be able to make the same choice. A foam mattress topper would probably make the mattress feel just fine if it were added. That said, I would absolutely stay here again and I still give the apartment five stars because it’s amazing in every other way.

Patrizia is warm-hearted, took extra care to make us have everything we need and to make us feel comfortable and convenient.The studio is well-located inside the old town Antibes, and close to the Provencial market where we bought excellent tomatoes and good fish. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this studio of Patrizia.

This is an excellent property to stay in! Patrizia is a wonderful host! She could not have been more welcoming, helpful, and full of fun suggestions! The sofa bed was very comfortable, even for my husband who is 6'-4" and 240 lbs. The location is perfect. It's an easy walk to the train station, the beach and it's right in the old city center.Thank you Patrizia! We had a wonderful time and that's all thanks to you!Hope we can stay again sometime!

Excellent accommodation

This is large studio with separate toilet and shower room. The bed settee makes a very comfortable large double bed which easily unfolds and there is a large kitchen area with washing machine, dishwasher, hob and oven, kettle, coffee maker and all the utensils needed. Outside there is a balcony with table and chairs. It’s really comfortable and very well situated for the old town, railway and bus stations and excellent restaurants. Patricia, the owner, is very welcoming and is so helpful in providing advice and information.

Great location and comfortable

Our stay in Antibes was absolutely wonderful. The studio's location was perfect for all our travels, being conveniently close to the town, train station, and bus stops. It was incredibly comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Ana greeted us warmly and was very helpful throughout our stay. Patrizia has created an ideal base for our next visit to Antibes and the surrounding areas. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Great little place!

We had a great time in Antibes! Getting there was difficult, but Ana helped us out and was waiting there to show us how to get to the place. The bed was honestly not that comfortable. Other than that, a perfectly good place to stay.

Très bon accueil par hôte. Studio bien équipé (un micro ondes et plus d.assiettes plates seraient bien appréciables). Sinon situation très bien. Je n’ai pas eu de chance car il y avait plein de travaux pour le cinéma en face studio et le parc à côté Donc nuisances sonores.

Wonderful Old Town Location, Lovely Apartment and Balcony

This comfortable, spotless, well-equipped studio is in a great, walkable old town location. The harbor, La Gravette beach, restaurants, groceries, and shops are all within a short block or two. Seven minutes walk to the train station if you don't have a car. Great internet for remote work. And such a lovely, kind hostess! The area can be lively on some nights, with a popular pub next door, if you are enjoying the balcony, but the apartment is peaceful inside. Very safe and welcoming atmosphere for lone female travelers, perfect space for couples too. I felt so at home, hated to leave!

Perfect location for Old Town explorations

This cute studio had the ideal setup for our recent trip to Antibes- exploring the Old Town (especially bakeries) and cooking some of our own meals with wonderful local cheeses and breads. Everything was clean and functioning, and the sofa bed was probably the comfiest we've ever slept on. It was also great having a washing machine. Patrizia was fantastic, super friendly and helpful, giving us an orientation on the map and providing suggestions for activities. All in all a great experience!

I have lived in Antibes for 12 years. When I arrived for my work I thought I would only stay for a few months, and then I fell in love with this charming city. I like the rhythm of Antibes, relaxed and dynamic at the same time, and the international side of the people living here who make the place swing all year round.
I love sports and I really appreciate Antibes’ strategic location near the sea and the mountains, which give me the opportunity to practice the outdoor sports I really enjoy.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This large studio of 35 m2 with a beautiful loggia of 6 m2 is located in a very strategic position; at the edge of the old city you can enjoy its charm without being to noisy in the summer.
Only five minutes away you will find the Gravette sand beach and the nearby pebble beach, which is more shaded in the morning, as well as the Vauban Port and the quai des Milliardaires.
The beaches of Ponteil and Salis are 15 minutes away on foot; past them you can continue your walk to Cap d'Antibes with its splendid high Aleppo pines and deep coves.
If you enjoy shopping there’s a wide range of boutiques just a few meters away, as well as restaurants and pubs, you will be spoiled for choice!

Mostly families who live there all year and who care about tranquillity, silence and good manners inhabit this luxury building. A concierge lives on site and takes care of the property.
This newly renovated studio is on the first floor and has an elevator, offering guests comfort and functionality.
There is a modern open kitchen with plenty of storage space and high quality appliances. The refrigerator has a capacity of 200 litters and has a large freezer.
The sofa bed is comfortable and has an excellent quality mattress measuring 160 x 200 cm.
The bathroom, also recently renovated, has a practical shower, bidet and washbasin with a cupboard. There is a separate toilet.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
There is a balcony with a small table and two chairs, which can be an ideal spot for lunch.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. They can be rented for an extra 20 Euros.
