Nice place

The condo was nicely decorated, and for the most part clean. There was a thick layer of dust on the fan in the master bedroom so we chose not to use it. However, there were other fans that could be placed in the master bedroom, which gets warm at night. We liked that it was ground floor. The view was not great due to construction going on throughout the location. Both the king and queen bed were very very soft. That could be good or bad depending on your preference. I would not say this is a short walk to the beach. It’s about a 15 minute walk for us having chairs, umbrellas, baby stuff. It was kind of disappointing to find out how far we were from the beach. Could’ve used a few more towels in the kitchen, communication with the owner was great. We would not choose to stay here again, but only because of the location.

The property was as listed. The unit was nicley remodeled . The beach is beautiful. The pools were nice. The unit had everything we needed as we cooked most of our meals.

Great location for Moon Crush Music Festival

Great condo, lots of room, nice kitchen. Would have been nice to have some essentials in the kitchen, sugar and coffee, and there were lots of bugs inside, but other than that- had a great stay!

Honestly

The floors had a lot of sand on them especially in the closets and bathrooms. The spare bathroom toilet ran and wouldn’t shut off.Light switch in the living room did not work. Sliding glass doors didn’t open and the curtains were very dirty.

It was super clean and a cute place. It is a bit of a hike to the beach, but still a reasonable walk. Would definitely rent a golf cart next time.

Great time!

We had a great time on our spring break! The only issue was the pans were hard to clean and the back doors were very hard to open and close. Other than that everything was great and clean we loved staying here!

Quiet neighborhood on a golf course. The condo is very comfortable and has a great costal feel to it. I will stay here again if available!

Renter beware

My family and I stayed for 3 weeks. Condo is nicely decorated. We have stayed in seascape for the last 9 years, first time at this condo. When renting I found it odd that I was forced to either purchase an insurance policy or leave a large deposit (for potential damage) but I did purchase the policy as it was a nominal amount of money. I would not recommend staying on the golf course as my vehicle was hit with golf balls and there were 4 occasions where I was outside either sitting on the patio or walking out of the front door and I was almost hit by golf balls. This is a ground floor unit there is one unit above. The person in the unit above appears to be a permanent resident. the person upstairs was quite loud when talking and walking and gets ups between 5 and 6 am every day. They also had 2 dogs that you could hear, mostly just walking and toys but there was some barking when they were outside on the deck. The condo was somewhat clean when we arrived. The bath mats where in the landscaping off the patio, assuming the cleaning person forgot to put them back inside. There didn’t appear to be anything on the floor but there was mold in the toilets and in the master shower. The master shower leaks water all over the floor no matter what position you have the sprayer. The back sliding doors were older and very difficult to slide to open. The coffee maker worked but no matter how many cups of coffee you made (small amount or large amount) it would overflow the basket with grounds. We purchased a new one to use while we were there and took it home. Most of the pans which were non Stick had coating which was scratched and no longer intact which is very harmful to use I purchased my own pan to use and took it with me. The vacuum didn’t work well to pick up. It was much faster and more effective to use a broom. washer/dryer were ok. washer didn’t seem to wash very well but it was effective enough. dryer would stop indicating the clothes were dry but typically they were not and it would have to be ran 2 more times. After checking out I received a message from the owner that stated “ I need to know what pet you had in our condo during your stay” I did not have a pet and there was no further response from the owner after I said I didn’t have a pet. If something was truly wrong I would assume I would have heard more. This made me suspicious that they would have attempted to use the insurance policy or take someone’s deposit fraudulently.
