This is a ground floor unit with no stairs next to the community pool including a furnished patio that faces the preserve where you can catch a glimpse of nature while enjoying your morning coffee.

ABOUT TOPSAIL HILL PRESERVE STATE PARK:

• Open 8am to Sundown, features beautiful white quartz sand dunes overlooking the 3.2 miles of beaches – these dunes are responsible for a rare coastal ecosystem of freshwater dune lakes that teem with aquatic wildlife.
• The park has a beach shuttle that will transport you and your gear from the parking lot to the secluded beach access and back. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes during summer months during peak hours with stops at parking lot and campground areas. Shuttle runs every 60 minutes during non-summer months.
• Nature trails, hiking, biking, birding, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing
• Free entrance to Topsail State Park during summer months covered by Walton County, and $6 per fee vehicle (2-8 people) during non-summer months.
