The Tiny House is a recently updated private home for your visit to Rochester, Minnesota. The light and airy home has a modern farmhouse feel with lots of windows and a south-facing deck for you to enjoy the sunshine all day long. Everything you need is on one level, including a washer and dryer. The Tiny House sits one block from Broadway, making it easy to navigate to Mayo Clinic. The Tiny House is ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay 2.3 miles from Mayo Clinic.
The space
The Tiny House is located in the family friendly, Apple Hill neighborhood. The home was thoughtfully decorated to provide a relaxing atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind after a busy day.
There is a Smart TV which comes with access to Hulu Live where you can watch news, sporting events, entertainment and more. You also have the ability to watch your own internet based subscriptions.
The outdoor deck area has a grill and fire table for guest use. Both the Grill and Fire Table use propane and are checked regularly prior to your arrival.
Guest access
There is one parking space in front of the house. The driveway is shared with the neighbor, so we ask that guests do not block the driveway with a second vehicle. If you have a second vehicle please let us know in advance and we will give you directions on where it is OK to park.

Our kitchen comes fully equipped with the basics to cook and enjoy most meals. This includes:

The Tiny House & our newest addition: The Boho Bungalow. We lived in the Tiny House for 4 years, until we welcomed our daughter, Madeline. We have been serving guests on Airbnb since October, 2021 and are just getting started with VRBO.
