Beds were comfortable and bedding was good. The bathroom could use some work. If you are tall or on the larger side it would be a challenge. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Price was good as well as location.

Needed a last minute place to stay with my elderly parents for Mayo appointments. The home was clean, cute, location great, easy to find--very homey.

Beautiful home, close to Mayo, quiet neighborhood!

Very clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and polite.This is a shared home, not an "entire home" as advertised.Otherwise, everything was great!

Nice place however there wasn’t any dish clothes & one hand towel. The bathroom had a washcloth, a hand towel and a towel. In the description it states to look in the cabinets as they try to stock the house, it is not. It also does not state that there are music lessons held in the apartment below you… the flute player definitely needed more practice!

Family Lodging for Mayo Surgery

My husband and adult daughter stayed at this rental. Parking 2 vehicles was difficult. Only bathroom had a toilet that sat 12” from the tub. Step into the house was very deep; should have an extra step at the top. House was otherwise well equipped and clean.

We had such a wonderful time! We picked it as a convenient spot to meet up and hang out with friends, and it ended up being perfect for exactly that. From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, welcoming, and cozy. The kitchen was definitely a highlight! It was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make dinner and even bake cookies before everyone else arrived. It’s so nice to stay somewhere that thoughtfully provides all the essentials — pots, pans, utensils, and fresh towels and linens — it really made things so easy.The space itself was clean and beautifully furnished, with comfy touches that made it easy to relax and unwind. You can tell the hosts really care about keeping the place in great shape and making sure guests have everything they need.All in all, our experience was lovely from start to finish. Check-in was a breeze, communication with the host was smooth sailing, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This is a lovely home … very clean and stocked with everything you need. It is shared with an upstairs and downstairs rental, which we did not know from the description. It was not a problem, but would have been nice to know. We accidentally opened the door on the side of the house to bring our stuff in because it was closer and didn’t realize we intruded on the downstairs renter. We didn’t mean it and felt bad. Note: there is not an easy access sidewalk directly from parking area to the front entrance … so it is hard to roll in a suitcase (or oxygen concentrator in our case…we were there for a Mayo visit).This house is not handicapped accessible. 4 stars for cleanliness and deco and all we needed! We would definitely recommend this rental … just not a good fit for us with hauling medical equipment.

This house is very lovely. we were only here for a bit less than 12 hours - we just needed something in the location for sleep. The house was very clean and the instructions to access the house were super easy. I wasn't quite sure whether we should start the dishwasher or not. We did take out the garbage as instructed. The beds were comfortable and clean. And we were only 4 minutes away from our destination the next morning which made it very convenient - especially considering we were here during an amazingly bad snowstorm.
