This newly renovated, single-level home spans a generous 2,660 square feet and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests in spacious style.

A few steps lead to the charming front porch and double-door entry, welcoming you into the expansive great room—a bright and airy space that brings together the living room, kitchen, and dining areas, all drenched in natural light and mountain views through large picture windows.

Living Room: This open-concept gathering space offers modern, comfortable furnishings, a large Smart TV, and two convertible sleeper chairs. The highlight is the stunning wall of windows showcasing panoramic red rock views. Guests can also enjoy a friendly game on the full-size pool table, or step out onto the massive back patio for fresh air and sunshine.

Kitchen: Designed with both function and comfort in mind, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a spacious center island, and a cozy built-in bench nook. A dedicated conversation area invites relaxed moments by the fireplace (Duraflame logs only – not provided).

Dining Area: The dining space offers seating for eight and is perfectly placed for enjoying both delicious meals and unforgettable desert vistas.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Grand Master Suite — King-size bed, Smart TV, and lovely views. The private ensuite bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.

Master Bedroom 2 — Queen-size bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a beautiful glass and tile walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 — Queen-size bed, Smart TV, and access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 4 — Two twin beds, Smart TV, and shared access to the hall bathroom.

Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:

Step outside to your private desert oasis. The expansive back patio stretches the full length of the home and is furnished with comfortable outdoor dining and lounge seating. Fire up the BBQ grill, soak in the private hot tub, or play a round of Cornhole or Can Jam Frisbee with your group. Additional amenities include outdoor umbrellas, yoga mats, and a telescope for nighttime stargazing.
