This home has it all! Newly renovated and beautifully decorated! Located in the Village of Oak Creek with stunning views of Bell Rock. There are plenty of activities to entertain visitors of all ages! Enjoy hiking local trails, visit the vortex, admire all of the art from local artists or enjoy dining at the many local restaurants. After a day of exploring Sedona, come back and relax on the back patio with a glass of wine and soak in the amazing sunsets over the red rocks.

Awesome House

Niki's house was awesome! Niki was very responsive to a couple minor supply issues. Overall her house is top quality, layout is great for multi-generation families. Location was top notch!

Excellent property

This property was awesome! Well maintained, clean, comfortable with beautiful views. Easy to communicate with owner. Could not have asked for anything better. I was sad our trip was so short.....next time I will plan a much longer stay!

Sedona Perfection

This place is absolutely amazing. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 6 children (ages 5-11). There was ample space to spread out in the kitchen, living room, and outside on the decks. The sleeping arrangements were ideal for our family but would also be great for an all-adult group. Niki was super responsive and accommodating, and she has thought of so many great amenities and nice touches for her guests. Everything about the stay was top-notch, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful and spacious

We found this property spacious with everything we needed to make our stay just perfect. The host was quick to answer any question we had before and during our stay. The view is exactly as shown in the pictures. We also loved the numerous cozy throw blankets everywhere in the house, the incredibly comfortable sectional couch in front of a huge TV and a lovely gas fireplace. The main backyard deck was used for every sunrise and sunset….and especially grateful for the covered porch when a strong rainstorm whipped through one day. We would definitely stay here again.

Over 60s Girls Trip

Property was perfect ! Everything was as it is described. No need to research where to go or what to eat because it’s all there in the welcome book . Kitchen is loaded with anything you may want . The coffee and creams were greatly appreciated . Refrigerator was spotless !! Cant saw enough about how welcoming this home is . If I’m back in the area it will be my choice of stay . Thank you Nikki !

Best vacation rental we've stayed in... hands down!

From booking to check out, this was our favorite vacation rental! The owners were easy to communicate with, the house made us feel at home even though we were on vacation. The house had everything we needed and more!!! The kitchen was equipped with many extras and more than adequate for our group of 10. This was our Christmas family reunion with 7 adults, 2 children and an infant. Lots of amenities made us so comfortable that none of us wanted to leave! Sedona has lots to do. We hiked, had some great food and shopped, but spent lots of quality time together in this wonderful home!!! Bravo👏🏻

Perfect base “camp”

The house was very clean and well maintained, with ample driveway parking and garage use, which was great since sometimes you don’t get access to that at a rental. The rooms and living areas were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, with all appliances etc in good working order. The back deck was one of our favorite places to hang out, with beautiful red rock views. We even had a few deer wander through the backyard, who stayed to munch on some leaves and let us take their pictures. The location was perfect for our needs - we were there to hike and Jeep, but the Oak Creek location made it so we didn’t have to drive through the high traffic of central Sedona to accomplish things like food shopping or going out to eat. It was just a great spot to do that if and when we wanted to. The hosts were nice and very responsive to questions, although everything was taken care of so there wasn’t much need to bother them! We highly recommend this property and hope to visit there again soon!

Amazing Place in Sedona

This home is amazing absolutely gorgeous and better than pictured. My friend and our daughters came out for a road trip from Florida after many days on the road this house was a big hit everyone got their own bed and all beds were super comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked didnt have to run to the store for the necessitys. All bathrooms had enough towels and washcloths for everyone which never happens for us. Loved the view off the back porch super quiet neighborhood very close to a market and food but still off the beaten path . Home is decorated super cute couch is great and the orange lighting up by the ceilings was nice. Also liked the fact that we could park inside the garage kept are car cooler. Lots of fun activities near by to visit and shop . I cant say enough nice things about this house definitely the nicest and most accurate home i have rented in a very long time we have been as we call it house fished many times but this house was not the case. I would recommend this house you will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed staying at your property. It was perfect for our family to gather together. The kitchen had the items that we needed and we loved the family room with the large tv and lounging area. There are a lot of things to do around the area as well.
