Nice and centrally located, close to UE and the expressway

This was a nice place. Close to everything. The backyard is huge and would be nice to have a picnic table and grill and the porch floor is a bit scary, but overall a nice place. I couldn’t message the property manager through the app, so had to actually call.

Stay far away

We arrived around 8:30pm to find sleeping arrangements for 4 adults. The couch is about 4' long. We chose this place because it is listed as sleeping 5, but it's not. We woke up in the morning to shower and found a pitiful excuse of a shower. It dripped water. I took a video but unfortunately there is nowhere to upload it. It was sad. As if this wasn't enough, the kitchen utensils on the stove were covered in dried food and the vanity in the shower was not secure and fell off and landed on my foot. The owners must be photographers because they make this place look MUCH nicer than what it is. It's one of the worst "lipstick on a pig" remodels I've ever seen. The owner is going to respond to this saying "you should have contacted me"..."we get 5 star reviews"...blah, blah, blah. Yeah...I should have contacted you at 9 o'clock at night about the bed. That's exactly what I want to do after spending 9 hours on the road. I also want a plumber in the house all morning when we are trying to get on the road for the day. I don't have time for a plumber. Instead of saying "you should have contacted me"...how about you 1. Don't lie about the sleeping capacity 2. Have a shower which works 3. Inspect the dishes and 4. Don't do such a terrible job on the remodel that it literally falls apart when you touch it. I actually wouldn't be so frustrated, but when we contacted the owner after leaving they wouldn't budge on a refund - even a partial one. They had excuse after excuse. We've stayed in ALOT of VRBO's and this is by far the worst experience we've had.

Good Friends

When we got there, we were going to make the most of our trip! But no water in the kitchen sink, all water had too come out of the bathroom! The next morning we woke up got ourselves up and out the house was dark and gloomy. We got back around 7:30 to find ants had taken over the table where coffee and snacks were, no spray for ants. So we decided to just stay in the living room and watch TV! Then sitting in the chair by the door, ANTS! Again now we are standing watching TV! Would not stay again in this rental!
