Newly remodeled, beautiful house (one side of duplex) located only 3 miles from the world famous Siesta Key Beach. POOL/SPA, barbecue and outside eating area are caged! OUTSIDE SHOWER. Features two bedrooms and one bath, spacious living room, kitchen and nook with a dining table (sleeps 4). Many restaurants, shops and bowling are all in close proximity.
Rent one side of the duplex or both!

Great location and clean comfortable accommodation. Kitchen is well stocked and the grill works very good. Pool was perfect after a day at the beach or a ball game.

It was not what I expected. The ad should probably say "newly remodeled duplex" instead of "newly remodeled home". The details do mention it is a duplex, but I missed that at first because of the title. And there isn't a pool and a hot tub. There is a pool/hot tub that is about 15 ft x 8 ft x 3 ft. (Estimate only) To be honest, it was never hot, even after a couple days of heating. Besides that, everything was as promised. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. There is a bathroom with a shower in the master bedroom, but it is the only bathroom in the place. There is a 2nd bedroom with nice bunk beds in it. There is also a sectional couch in the living room that can fit one or two more people. All the beds were very comfortable. There is a tv in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Kitchen is small but had all the essentials. Everything was neat and clean. The backyard is nicely fenced in, but it is shared with the other side of the duplex, as is the covered picnic table and hot tub/pool.The duplex is on a road with side by side houses. It was a little close for my taste but perfectly acceptable. The host was very easy to work with, communicated well, and provided what was offered. Overall it was a really nice visit

Super cute and quaint

It was so adorable in there. Not many complaints but make sure you start heating the hot tub as soon as you get there, it takes a few hours/days to heat up to a high temp. It’s like 6 mins away from bars and the beach. A great place to book for couples! Hoping to book here again!

Quiet stay

Had a fantastic stay here. Was very close to Siesta Key and the beaches and amenities. The hot tub took some time to figure out and get warm but was very nice to get into. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Quiet retreat

We enjoyed being close to the beaches and restaurants. The private pool with jets in the backyard gave a quick way to chill. Lovely yard.

Nice stay!

In town for a wedding. The duplex was exactly as described. Neighborhood was very quiet considering the amount of people in town. Just a very short drive to the shore. Would definitely stay there again!

First Florida Trip

We had a wonderful time in Florida staying at this property. It is an easy drive to the beaches where there is parking. Having a laundry room is wonderful. The only thing we would have liked is if there were more places to walk to otherwise everything else was wonderful!

Comfortable and convenient

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub/pool with netting surround was wonderful to have in the back yard. The location was convenient and close to grocery store, pharmacy and the beach. Sidewalks would have helped, my husband is a runner. Thank you for a great stay.

Short ride to Siesta key

Excellent stay. Property was very clean. Check in process was easy. Rented the house for a little for a short stay so we could go to Siesta key. The drive over to Siesta key only took about 5-10 mins, if going in the morning. We only drove over to Siesta key in the mornings. When leaving Siesta key around noon the traffic to get there was heavy. Great stay and great location.

Beach Week

Location was convenient. House felt bigger and cuter than expected. I didn't read closely enough and didn't notice that it was a duplex. I was concerned about sharing the backyard with strangers but, did not see anyone else. She was quick responding when I had a question. It was a great place to stay. The rugs slipped around on the tile a lot and there were a couple steps to be mindful of. The backyard was fabulous. If you want the pool warm turn on the heater hours before you plan to swim. I would happily stay here again.

Great Family Get Away!

My husband, 15-year-old son, and I really enjoyed staying at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It had all the amenities we needed, and it was close to the beaches and enjoyable things to do in the area. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard very much. The master bed was very comfortable. Communicating with the property owner was easy and smooth. She was very quick to respond to requests and questions. Having access to a full-size washer and dryer was also very helpful. I would stay here again!!

Sarasota weekend

Communication with owner was prompt, and she allowed us to check out late which was very helpful. Neighborhood was quiet, but not what we expected. The only suggestions we have are to get the home professionally sprayed for bugs. It looked like something was sprayed along the edges and there were a lot of dead bugs near the walls when we arrived, and we saw some live bugs during the stay. Also, a dishwasher would be helpful.

Thanks for your review. My property has professional pest control come and spray regularly, that’s what you saw on the bottom baseboards. After they spray, you see more ants for couple days, before they disappear for good. Hope you enjoyed your stay.
