One Bedroom has King Size bed with fine linens and private bathroom and walk in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 brand new Queen Size Beds with fine linens and walk in closet. All linens and towels are provided . Large Smart TV in Living room and Family Room. Also each bedroom has its own TV. Fully Equipped Kitchen. Washer and Dryer in Laundry Room. The place was great. Had tons of extras for kids. Great distance to beaches and good location. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the heated saltwater pool. No need to bring extra toys for the pool, this place had everything. I would highly recommend this place to a family or extended family stay with kids.

such a great neighborhood

We loved the cute, quiet area. Great for taking a stroll. And the pool was warm and fantastic. We'd definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay here. Very close to the beach - 10 minute drive. Very clean and well-maintained. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

A jewel in Sarasota

We had an amazing vacation time❤️...we love the house...clean and well maintained...Publix and beach just right in the corner...5 minutes drive...we enjoyed a lot the salt water pool and the barbecue...very quite neighborhood...Monika is an adorable person...we get in love with this jewel in Sarasota...definitely we will come back again...

Christmas break In siesta key

We spend 6 nights in Siesta Key. The property was fantastic. The heated pool was nice and warm we used it daily, the pool basket ball net and water floaters were put to good use. The outdoor TV was an added bonus! The VRBO had many beach amenities including chairs and coolers. The location was prefect it was close to the beach and shopping. The neighbourhood was quite, and welcoming.Monika was great to deal with. The house was very clean and it was nice to have accessi to laundry.We would like to return.

Cute house. Very comfortable

The house was lovely and the host was helpful. My grandkids had a great time in the pool. I appreciated the small bag of coffee for us. Beds were comfortable and the house stayed cool.

In a quiet neighborhood, close to everything, this house was perfect for my family’s vacation. We enjoyed the heated pool every day. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Monika was great, very easy to work with. We would book this house again in a heartbeat!

Quiet, relaxing and close to everything!

Well cared for home in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Has a very nice pool out back to relax in after time at nearby Siesta Key beach. Everything you need to enjoy yourself is available at this home and shopping and restaurants nearby as well. The beds were very comfortable and Hey Google was always there to play our favorite tunes! Thank you, Monika for being a great property manager and answering all our questions and concerns!

Wonderful place

Monika was great- microwave not working- she came right away with a new one. Only downside- big TV could not get regular cable channels so no local news or major networks- just apps. Blinds in BR need replacing. We definitely would stay here again. So close to Everything. We went to sunset every evening on Siesta Key beach- 15 min to get there! Thanks Monika for a great stay

Gulf Gate - Comfortable, Convenient, Pool, and Good Beds

Our family spent the 2-week holiday break at this property. Although it is a new property without many reviews, it was the new mattresses, the simple aesthetic, the location, and the pool that appealed to me. The layout of rooms and house worked well for us. The beds were comfortable (one of the most important elements of a rental in my opinion). Despite the cool weather, the kids swam in the heated pool nearly every day. The house was mostly stocked with what we needed for our long stay. We have family living in 3 different homes in Gulf Gate that were all within walking distance, so the location was perfect for us. We used the the laundry machines a lot over 2 weeks with no problems. If the dryer keeps turning off before things are dry, switch it to the manual setting instead of the "smart sense" setting and it will be fine. I think the owner and cleaners, in partnership with the property manager, have some opportunities to grow this new property (curtains, keypad entry, pool filter/heater repair, review of cleaning protocols, smell mitigation, etc.). With a few modest upgrades this will be a solid 5-star stay. The property manager, Monika, and her team, were superb. Prior to our arrival she went above-and-beyond to locate and place a Christmas tree and other decorations to make it more festive for the children. She even put a big wreath on the pool deck, and decor at the front entry. She was easily reachable by text and responded quickly every time we needed something - including Christmas day! We did have a bizarre electrical problem on Christmas day which unfortunately took out the smart systems and kitchen appliances in the house. When I couldn't cook a single thing on Christmas day, Monika's team at least got me a working microwave on a power strip. They brought another strip to protect the router from surges thus restoring WiFi, but not the thermostat. I spent many hours on Christmas day and Boxing day trying to sort it out, but so did the property manager and the owner. An electrician arrived the next day, as did the property manager. The power company also arrived on the 26th and fixed a bad connection on the roof. Hopefully this has permanently resolved all electrical issues. I share this as example how amazing Monika was at handling a crisis. I was very pleased with her. Despite some of the hiccups, I still give this property a 5-star review with confidence. Our family looks forward to staying here again in the future.

Two months stay in Gulf Gate

The house was comfortable and well-equipped in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly and helpful also. Conveniently located for shopping and beach, as well as trips to downtown and Siesta Key restaurants. We all felt very relaxed and at home.

Great location, close to everything!

We enjoyed our visit at Monika’s property. Super clean, house stocked with basically anything you need, property is close to all the shops, restaurants and beaches!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would most definitely stay again. Thanks again for being an amazing host!
