You will find that our property is very clean, with lush landscaping and everything you need in your

It's all about the location!

Great location. We were able to easily walk to the beach as well as the pier, restaurants, ice cream shop. Good parking.

Nice place to stay, 3 minutes from the beach, clean and well stocked, and looks just like the photos. Ornella has been extremely pleasant and responsive.

Great stay in pompano beach

Vacation week was great. Accommodations were perfect. Cute, clean and wonderful location. Owner was very responsive at check and checkout. We will definitely be back again.

Great place, great location!

We had a great stay. The apartment was equipped with a smallish living room area (couch, tv, chair, coffee table, small dining room table, and a kitchen with full size fridge. The location was great. Near everything in Pompano. Checkin was a breeze and the owner was awesome! Very friendly and responsive to any requests. Great visit!

Perfect little getaway

Our stay at Sunny Place was excellent. The cottage is perfect for our needs, close to the beach and yet private. We had our two dogs with us and everything was perfect. Ornella was available for any questions. We’d definitely go back.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

This was the perfect place to spend the weekend in Pompano Beach! Ornella was amazing! Unit was clean, comfortable and there was lots of great communication. She recommended the absolute best Italian restaurant; the food was outstanding. Rossitto's is a must if you're in the area. Everything about our stay was perfect!

A slice of heaven!

I would highly recommend Ornella’s charming beach cottages, 1 block from the beach! Everything was perfectly described, the place was very well appointed and Ornella bent over backwards with info on the area and suggestions! Don’t think twice about booking this place! We will be back!

Will Visit Again

The place was in a safe neighborhood that wasn't very tourist-y which is what I was looking for. There are activities, restaurants, and places to visit in the area if you want to get out and do something. Daytime traffic could be a little noisy, but that's expected when staying in a city. The property manager was very friendly, communicative, and easy to work with.

Minnesotan’s paradise

Ornella is the best host ever!! She does everything to accommodate your needs! We came to Pompano Beach to see a concert and she helped us with logistics, allowed us to check in early and made our stay delightful!! It literally takes you 2 minutes to walk around the corner and you’re on a beautiful beach! Easy walk down to the city pier and close to nice places to eat! When we come back to Pompano, we will definitely stay here again!!

Pompano Beach Trip

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The communication with owner was excellent. Our flight was delayed and we arrived much later than expected which was not a problem. We wanted to spend time on the beach and this property is a block and a half from the ocean. There were beach chairs and a small cooler available on the property. Excellent service. Thank you.

Great Place to Stay!

I had a wonderful time at this property! The property was clean and came with everything that was promised. The best feature was the 5-minute walk to the beach. When I arrived, Sabrina, the property manager, even allowed me to enter the property a little early. She was accommodating when I noticed that the umbrella to sit underneath on the beach was missing. She immediately brought me another one. The only thing that I would suggest is that one of the shutters on the closet door was missing and that be fixed. Also, the bathtub be updated. These suggestions are cosmetic and would not prevent me from staying there again. I felt safe at this property and would recommend it to friends and family who may be planning a trip to Pompano Beach, FL.

Very convenient location and excellent communication by host

We had a comfortable stay. The small courtyard was very nice, giving us a place to sit outside. It is just a block or two to the beach, and a short walk to restaurants, a Walgreens, and the public fishing pier. It was nice to have not just one free parking spot, but also space behind our car for day guests to come and visit. We felt it was a very safe location. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The host is very friendly and communicates well. She accommodated our requests and questions promptly! Downsides: There is a lot of traffic/noise on Ocean Blvd as well as air traffic overhead. It was "clean enough" (my husband's words), but not quite up to my high standards, and could use a deep cleaning, as there was dust/ dirt behind the television, grime in the soap caddy in the shower, hairs in the bathroom vanity drawer, and the fridge handle was dirty. That much said, the toilet, sink and tub as well as the kitchen counter, sink and interior of the fridge were very clean.

Overall horrible

Not sure how this had a 5 star rating. The only positive was the proximity to the beach. Sofa sleeper was awful to sleep on. Bathroom shower drain was clogged. Bathroom sink had no water pressure. Rugs in bathroom were not nonslip and my husband fell and hurt his back. The whole place was out dated and gross. The umbrella for the beach was cheap and unuseable she gave us a second one which was the same. There were barely any outlets and they all sparked when used which is probably a fire hazard. I will say the owner Ornella is very nice and attentive but i can tell she doesn't like to put any money into the property. If she updated the place it would probably be ok for 2 people but not 3.

I manage 7 properties and I've been a Super Host since 2018!
I really enjoy and I love my job, my properties and my guests!

My goal is to make sure everyone has a wonderful vacation!

In Italy I owned a successful Advertising Agency with my husband, and our clients were International.
The secret to our success was our attention to details, respect for the clients and their happiness, which made them come back to us for many many years.

Now my goal is the same, happy clients, happy Sunny Place and happy Ornella also.
