Newly remodeled chic private studio is within walking distance to beach. You`ll be hard pressed to find a better deal! Located on a barrier island North of the Fort Lauderdale border, this unit is a short two block walk to the sand. If you`re looking for activities, we have plenty! There is a large nearby park, as well as intracoastal water access. Whether it`s SCUBA, kitesurfing, sailing or drinking margaritas - you`ll find plenty of ways to escape, and enjoy a nice day in the Florida sun.

I live in unit #5 and always available should you need anything

This neighborhood is one of the best kept secrets on the barrier islands. The surrounding construction is new, and the neighborhood`s paint is fresh!

If you`re here for business - the island bridge is down the block, easy to navigate, and a welcome separation between a home and work.

If you`re here for vacation, everything you need is here on the island. We have scuba and fishing docks, shops of all kinds (dive, gift, sport, groceries....), bars and restaurants. There`s no need for a car or typical work-life distractions. Just you, the water, the sand, and this little home to rest, in-between.

Oh! And one last thing - this island loves its cats. And particularly here on the North end. Our streets are filled with well-pampered of kittens, and you`ll find them peacefully enjoying the island amenities as well. So, if that`s your thing - you really can`t do better than this. So prepare to see friendly kittens of all shapes and sizes during your stay.

We now have a service called Circuit, it will come pick up out front and take you anywhere you want to go on the barrier island for free! Just download the app....It`s really great!

We have a bus stop to the mainland one-block away, (which connects to trains north-bound to west palm beach, and south-bound to Miami). We also have an excellent and unique water-taxi that reaches Las Olas and downtown Fort Lauderdale (highly recommended), and of course we have modern ride sharing services like Uber.

Parking is plentiful here on the property, and there are many options for biking around, and renting scooters.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 96% refund of the amount paid. The 4% fee is non-refundable to cover processing costs. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
We please ask that you keep noise to a minimum in the courtyard after 10:00 pm and absolutely no parties... no more than 2 people can sleep here and you must at least 21 yrs old, strictly enforced. No pets. No third party reservations.
