Welcome to our stunning modern home, boasting 6,000 sqft of luxurious living space, nestled in the heart of the picturesque Pocono Mountains.


This amazing home boasts a game room on the lower level, equipped with a pool table, foosball, and poker table for your entertainment. Additionally, you can unwind by watching your favorite shows on Disney Plus, Hulu, or ESPN, which we provide in the cozy theater area. The lower level is complete with a bedroom and a full-size bathroom for your convenience.


On the main floor of this house, guests will find a spacious dining table and a high chair, perfect for family meals. The modern kitchen is open-plan and equipped with a double oven and all the necessary cooking utensils. For younger visitors, there is a dedicated playroom that comes complete with toys, a futon, a playpen, and a TV featuring subscriptions to popular channels such as Disney Plus, Hulu, Roku, and ESPN. Safety gates are also provided for added peace of mind. Additionally, there is a second room and a full bathroom on this level. The cozy living room boasts a large leather sofa and a big-screen TV, with Disney Plus, Roku, Hulu, and ESPN for our valued guests.


On the third floor, there are four more bedrooms, one of which is a spacious master bedroom with a master bathroom featuring a soaker tub. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and one has a portable crib, while the last bedroom has two bunk beds, twin over twin. In addition, there is another full-size bathroom on this floor.


Two additional rooms are available on the fourth floor for an extra charge.


The house offers amenities such as Wi-Fi, central A/C, heating, and a propane grill. It is situated in a secure gated community with access to three lakes, a lake beach, two pools, as well as basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts. Nearby stores are within a 15-minute drive, and the house is conveniently located just minutes away from Route 80. Furthermore, Camelback Mountain is a mere 15-minute drive away from the house.
House is restricted to 12 people for short-term rental by license. Parking is restricted to 7 cars.


The quoted price covers only the initial three floors. However, we can unlock an extra fourth floor for a nominal fixed charge.

We provide starting supplies, spices, salt, roast ground coffee for the coffee machine, tea, and sugar.
We have a Keurig machine, but we are not providing K-Cup.
If you are booking less than three days before check-in, the community charges a late registration fee.

After you book the house, please complete the registration community form and sign the lease. Also, we will need a copy of your driver's license or government ID. Please spell names as they appear on government documents when completing the registration form; if you have any questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
