You will have access to the entire home. A door code will be sent to you about three days before your arrival. There is a small, unpaved driveway behind the home for parking. Additional vehicles can park on West Bell Avenue, but please pay attention to the "No Parking" signs at the corner. Please do not park on Gurley St.

CHECK IN:
Check in time is anytime after 3pm. I will send you a door code a few days prior to your arrival.

PARKING:
The small driveway behind the home can accommodate one car. Additional cars would need to park on the street in front of the home. Please do not park on the side street (Gurley Street).

HOUSE RULES:
Please treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
Pets are welcome with an $80 non-refundable fee and a 2 dog max. Please do not let pets on the furniture or in the beds. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outside trash can. Extra charges will apply for not picking up after your pet.
Only guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight.
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. Evidence of smoke (any substance) inside the home will result in an immediate $500 fine PLUS the cost of cleaning and remediation.

CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 10am.

We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following:
Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them
Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside

NOTE: Any damages to the home or failure to comply with house rules will result in additional charges.

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
