"What kind of levels/stairs does the house have?"



The home is three stories, you can park less than 6 feet from the front door. The first floor (ground level) includes kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath. Second floor features 2 bedrooms with full bath in-between, each with king bed. High end Samsung washer/dryer in laundry. The third floor has the spacious master with soaring vaulted ceilings and private balcony, along with en-suite dual-sink master bath and upgraded chrome shower heads.



Stairs are required since home has 3 stories. Cardio makes us live longer, isn't it simply wonderful :) If you can't do stairs, don't book!



"Is the pool shared?"



Yes. However, it's NOT open to the general public, it's a private pool reserved exclusively for our local, immediate residents and our guests only. Think of it like a resort-style pool that maybe enjoyed by other local guests.



No unauthorized parties at our property. This will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 minimum fine.
