A lovely home in the heart of Pasadena/Huntington Library area! Spacious 1850 sqft 3BR/2.5BA townhouse. It's a quick drive to Old Town, and walking distance from the train station, restaurants, attractions like Colorado Blvd, night life, and the local colleges. The space is equipped with a 55" inch TV with Netflix, Fire-stick, WiFi, and a Wash/Dryer in the unit. You also have 2 parking spaces.

Very clean condo with plenty of room for our family that came to town for a funeral. Had a few hiccups with no keys left (previous renter took them) and no toliet paper BUT the staff was very responsive to both issues. Would stay again

Ideal homebase for Pasadena visit

Property was clean, comfortable, and ideally located for visits to area museums, shops, and restaurants. Plenty of space for seven adults, good parking, and very pleasant patio for morning coffee.

Convenient and comfortable stay

Very convenient location. Warm and responsive property management. Grateful they were open to pets. Comfortable for what we needed, but somewhat cluttered and outdated.

Great time in Pasadena

This was a great Thanksgiving visit with my family. The VRBO was spacious, no issues that were of a big deal to us. Note the ice maker and the upstairs masters shower nozzle. We definitely would enjoy staying here. Thanks to our hosts for providing everything.

Lots of space

This was a great alternative for our family, as hotels are hard to find with 4 kids! Lots of beds, lots of space. Looks just like the photos. We did not spend much time at the property, just to sleep and get ready for the day.

PSU rose bowl victory stay

We went to the Rose Bowl and decided to stay over after the game. The property was spacious and was a short Uber ride to many of the restaurants in the area. We had a little trouble getting in the lock box, but the owners were very responsive, and we were in in no time. Plenty of space and parking was great.

No longer charming

This property should be retired it’s so old. Not only are the floors, cabinets, furniture and fixtures dated, many are wobbly and dusty. Shower doors are off the tracks, lights are not working or missing. In addition, there is so much stuff stored all around the condo (lamps and pictures on the floor, toys in the closets

Great place!

Comfortable home close to town. LAX is about an hour/1:15 during rush hours. Home is stocked with plenty of towels & linens; kitchen had all the dishes & utensils you need. Bedrooms are large with lots of closet & dresser storage space. Bathrooms are nice, but could use a lil updating. Parking can be tricky as there are only 2 parking spots; additional parking for overnight requires a special (but not expensive) permit from City of Pasadena (easy to get online). The home was a lil difficult to find, as it’s on a busy street & the house # isn’t clearly visible. This was a great house for our family!

You are living in someone's home

This property is an older unit and shows its age, but look beyond the age and see that it is kept very clean. The beds were good to excellent, and the property had more amenities than most people have in their homes. Imagine a kitchen equipped not only with the usual microwave and toaster, but two coffee machines (drip and Keurig) and a French press, an air fryer(!) and every pot, dish, and utensil you can imagine. The decorations included beautiful objects from other countries that could've been in a museum. As I said: if you can appreciate the value of a clean, well-furnished property that looks its age, you will find it an excellent place for a short or long stay. The owner was amazingly responsive to requests.

The Property it’s a little rundown for how much we paid I expected better Accommodations

This place seems like grandma just moved out for the night so we could stay. I don’t know why It was hard to receive their check-in information we couldn’t get the TV to work in either rooms. They have a spaghetti mess for the connections to the TV hanging by the fireplace. Front patio was dangerous to walk on. the bedding and blankets were aged and The address was really hard to see at night. They should have a picture of the front of the house so you know where you’re going or a light on the address the units aren’t marked.

Description didn't say anything about layout of property. Didn't find out bedrooms were all upstairs until day before and it was too late to cancel. I'm handicapped and ended having to sleep on the sofa. No washcloths provided. Overall space was cluttered. Kitchen was grimy. Toaster didn't work on one side. Fridge had expired condiments in it.

Spacious Unit in Great Location

Overall we enjoyed our stay and this condo worked for our needs, however, it is definitely an older unit with older appliances, fixtures and furnishings. The unit was not ready at the check in time of 4:00 p.m. and the coffee maker had to be put through a cleaning cycle and still did not work correctly. We had trouble with the lock box because it is old. Generally, the owner was responsive, but I had to get a hold of her the night before to get information about check in and had to get a hold of her again when I had not heard anything by the 4:00 p.m. check in time. It is a very nice unit in a great location, but needs some updates that some people would consider essential.

The host was very nice and quickly responded to all my messages. The place was clean and provided plenty of beds (including a converted walk-in closet). The condo location was just close enough to Caltech to walk if necessary, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The place was homey and felt lived in. Some minor issues we reported to the host and may already be resolved are shortage of bathroom supplies, (no soap, wash clothes or hand towels, limited TP), a sticky "clear" button on the lock box (only one key was provided), a noisy washing machine, and older/well worn spare bedding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host was very accommodating.

Great stay for our weekend getaway, awesome host.

We booked this property for our LA weekend getaway, and we absolutely loved this charming condo. It was very clean, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, from numerous clean towels, linen, and extra blankets. There is also 2 coffee makers, rice cooker, air fryer. There is WiFi available and the TV has access to Netflix and other apps. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property and the host was amazing ! Very easy to book and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we did not need anything. We would definitely stay here again and again !!
