Douglas Condo w/pool! 2 Bedroom/2 Bath

Our ground floor condo is located within walking/biking distance of Lake Michigan and the towns of Saugatuck and Douglas. Oval Beach (a short 2 miles away) has earned an
international reputation.

This condo comfortably sleeps six. Easy access on the ground floor and parking is just outside the unit. Sleeps 6 with 1 king in master and and 2 queens in second bedroom. Pet friendly too! (1 pet allowed)

You will also find many extras: basic condiments in the kitchen, laundry supplies, pool towels, a full kitchen with dishwasher; central air; and a fireplace in the living room. Dine in or on the patio with a grill for the grill master of the family.

Unit also includes a washer & dryer, smart TV, free wifi, towels and linens. Patio with gas grill allows for comfortable dinner gatherings or a quiet space for your morning coffee. Steps away from Isabel’s Market & Eatery for fresh coffee and bakery items every morning! Also, beautifully landscaped gardens with a large, heated pool (opens mid-late May depending on weather) and a common area with gas fire pit.

3 night minimum during peak season (Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend) and holidays. Weekly rates are offered.

Check-in 4pm and check-out 11 am.

Note: Condo is available for long term rental in the off season, September - May. Send us a message for details!

We love that you travel with your pet. Your pet may not be left alone if they tend to bark when you are away. Non-stop barking disturbs other guests.

Great summer get away

This location is perfect to experience Douglas and Saugatuck. Really like the space and pool area. Very comfortable and convenient. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Great location

Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, golf and other activities. The bus shuttle was great for getting too/from downtown Saugatuck. Comfortable beds and the pool was a fun way to spend our afternoons.

Excellent property

This could not have been a cleaner, nicer property and the assistance (checkin and otherwise) was fantastic. Location so close to beach, town was ideal, and the large on-site pool a bonus. Highly recommend!

Convenient and close to attractions

Condo was very accommodating. Beach chairs and towels available to guests. Plenty of outdoor seating, whether it’s on the private patio, the pool or around the fire pits. Keurig with coffee bar available to guests. Condo is steps away from a cute little bakery. Very close to Douglas and Oval beach. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location For Douglas/Saugatuck Vacay!

Our family highly enjoyed our stay here for our first trip to Michigan. This condo was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and see and the heated pool and outdoor fire pits were enjoyed every evening when we got home. The owner’s communication was fantastic and their suggestions were very helpful! We had a few concerns when we first arrived and they were super quick to respond and help out. We absolutely loved our time here and would recommend coming with your kids and family.

Wonderful Stay - Great amenities

The property was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and in perfect working order. The kitchen was much more spacious than expected. A washer and dryer in the unit were a plus. Keri was very easy to communicate with. Definitely going to stay again the next time I'm in Saugatuck.

Great place across from The Dunes

Great service, very responsive owner. Only criticism is that to us the description above: "Cozy 3Bed/2Bath Condo with pool close to Lake Michigan and Saugatuck/Douglas" sounded to us like the unit had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has 2 bedrooms but a also a sofa bed in living room. It does have 2 bathrooms.

Great Location, Nice Condominium

The condo and the property were great. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen had what we needed, loved they had a garbage can for recycling as we are big recyclers, appreciate having the grill to be able to cook out, and a patio to sit and relax in the evening. Very nice to have the option of going to the pool right there and the fire pits were great in the evening. The location to the beaches for Lake Michigan and the Kalamazoo River to kayak were awesome as well. Also, having the extra beach chairs and pool towels was great. We really enjoyed our time there and the Douglas/Saugatuck area. Definitely thinking about returning for a future vacation.

Great stay

Property was clean and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids under the age of 5. Owner was prompt to respond to any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Nice Condo with a heated pool

We enjoyed our stay for almost a week at this condo. It’s practically next door to Saugatuck Brewery (which is awesome) and right next to Isabella’s Market. Convenient way to enjoy Saugatuck and Douglas!

Great mini vacation!

Loved the location! Lots of places around to eat....quick drive to the beach too. Condo was very well stocked and I'm very glad they had beach chairs and toys to use because we forgot ours!!! Beds were great also!

What is better than 1 amazing host? How about 4! We are four friends of over 20 years with a shared love of the Saugatuck/Douglas area. One of us lives about 1 mile from the condo while the other 3 of us are outwardly jealous and planning our takeover of her house so we can all enjoy this amazing area.
