Fabulous vacation rental home in the heart of Crystal River! Bring your boat! There's no bridge blocking your way to the Gulf. Home is fun ready! Boat or Kayak from the 8 x 20 floating dock (open on both ends) to the local fun spots. Spacious home with very open floor plan for family fun! 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, sleeps 10 people. Great place for family and friends to gather for some rest and relaxation after a busy day on the water. Fully equipped kitchen that's waiting for the seafood chef in you to cook the catch of the day, or enjoy your meal cooked on the gas grill on the outdoor deck. At least 6 kayaks and life vests are provided. Three Sister's Springs and Hunter Springs are nearby. There is a boat launch into our canal across from our house at a local resort for a small fee. Fishing tournaments, manatee tours, boat & paddle board rentals, sunset cruises are all nearby. You're also very close to several of Crystal River's best restaurants. Come see what Crystal River has to offer and swim with the manatee! The house is on a beautiful half acre lot for your enjoyment with ample parking. Short boat ride to the Gulf and no bridge to worry about. Let's start packing! If the home is ready, early check in may be available. Purchasing trip insurance when you book is recommended. BOOKINGS MORE THAN 2 WEEKS REQUIRE APPROVAL. Property has exterior cameras. If cameras become deactivated during your stay, owner can access property to reset with very short notice. Some pets allowed, pet fee required ($100 or $200/mo per pet).

Perfect property for our family. Very clean and comfortable. We had children and pets. My grandkids loved the fooseball, kayaks and fishing from the dock. Plenty of yard for pets. Everything we wanted in the kitchen and a gas grill on the deck. We played games at the large inside table. We highly recommend a stay at this home and hope to book again.

The house was bright with natural light. We enjoyed the cute fish decor. The house had everything needed, and we appreciated the filtered water and kcup as well as drip coffee pot. There were plenty of blankets/towels. We utilized the kayaks and saw manatees pass from the dock and one had a gps tracker that we learned about and saw come by again. We paddled to King Spring and 3 Sisters Spring. King's Spring is about 15-20 min. Paddle to catch sunset. Our standard poodle enjoyed his time here too, which is why we chose this pet friendly vrbo. He goes with us everywhere. We felt secure and accomodated. This place was cleaned nicely and had a clean scent. We would reccomend and re-book here.

This was a family trip with three sisters and one sister-in-law. It was the bucket list of one sister to see the manatees. We were thrilled when we found this house on VRBO because it seemed ideal – and it truly was! The house was clean, had everything we needed, was comfortable, and was super close to all of the main attractions in Crystal River, including being close to good restaurants with really good food! Donna, our host, was very accommodating when we wanted to add another day to the beginning of our stay that would work out better with our flights. We were so appreciative that we were able to do this. A couple of us even did a little kayaking from our pier and, yes, we actually saw a manatee from our pier! What a thrill that was! We will never forget the wonderful time we had being together in this lovely house in Crystal River!

We had a great family vacation at this house the layout was great. There was great communication from the host and the location was perfect. You can launch your boat at the Plantation Inn right across the canal. I would definitely recommend this property and we will be back.

This is a beautiful home that was recently remodeled on a canal leading to the Crystal River. It is in great shape and very accommodating for guests. Open layout, no carpeting, foosball table for the kids to play. It is in walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. Close to all that Crystal River has to offer.

This property is on a canal that is shared with the Plantation Inn. They have a boat ramp and you can launch your boat at and be at the home in minutes.
