Fabulous vacation rental home in the heart of Crystal River! Bring your boat! There's no bridge blocking your way to the Gulf. Home is fun ready! Boat or Kayak from the 8 x 20 floating dock (open on both ends) to the local fun spots. Spacious home with very open floor plan for family fun! 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, sleeps 10 people. Great place for family and friends to gather for some rest and relaxation after a busy day on the water. Fully equipped kitchen that's waiting for the seafood chef in you to cook the catch of the day, or enjoy your meal cooked on the gas grill on the outdoor deck. At least 6 kayaks and life vests are provided. Three Sister's Springs and Hunter Springs are nearby. The "Plantation Inn" is walking distance and you can launch your boat there for a small fee. Fishing tournaments, manatee tours, boat & paddle board rentals, sunset cruises are all nearby. You're also very close to several of Crystal River's best rated restaurants. Come see what Crystal River has to offer and swim with the manatee! The house is on a beautiful half acre lot for your enjoyment with ample parking. Short boat ride to the gulf and no bridge to worry about. Let's start packing! If the home is ready, early check in may be available. Purchasing trip insurance when you book is recommended. BOOKINGS MORE THAN 2 WEEKS REQUIRE APPROVAL. Property has exterior cameras. If cameras become deactivated during your stay, owner can access property to reset with very short notice. Some pets allowed, pet fee required ($75/wk or $200/mo per pet).

Host was great. Too many outside cameras. I understand one one the front entrance and rear entrance, however the entire yard where we enjoy private family time was a little bit much for us.

We had a very nice stay here. The house was very well kept and had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the boat dock provided easy access for those that bring a boat, to Crystal River and the Gulf.We will definitely be booking this location again in the future.

We had a great family vacation at this house the layout was great. There was great communication from the host and the location was perfect. You can launch your boat at the Plantation Inn right across the canal. I would definitely recommend this property and we will be back.

Great home base for scalloping

We had a great stay and enjoyed our first scalloping adventure. The location was perfect and this may have been the cleanest rental I have ever stayed.

Family vacation

So close to the Springs

Great on the water home with kayaks included. It was so nice to just hop on a board or kayak and paddle off. The house was very spacious and comfortable and the Host was very responsive. I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area

Best House Ever

Everything was great and clean. Host was incredibly kind and responsive. Having the kayaks on the water for the entire family was a game changer. Manatees did even pass our dock! Thanks so much! Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Crystal River.

Beautiful Home on the Water

The location of the property provided easy access to the water, which was important since we had a pontoon boat and our own kayaks. The owner/manager was hospitable and provided prompt, helpful responses to our questions. Would we stay there again? Yes, without a doubt.

Quite and a good location. Foossball table was a hit with kids and adults.

Nice quiet place with dock access that we could pull boat up to was a plus. The only negative was previous guest left a lot of cigarette butts in the fire pit.

River adventure!

Perfect place to stay and explore the Crystal River. We rented a pontoon from Paddletails. The kids loved the kayaks and the home was perfect for our two families to hang out and enjoy our time in Florida.

Beautiful place, great location

My wife and I spent the weekend here with two other couples. Right off a main road on the south side of Kings Bay, right on the canal with easy access to Plantation Adventures. Took the kayaks out into the bay and got to see a number of manatees! Everything described by the host is spot on. We would definitely stay here again if we get back to Crystal River!

This is a beautiful home that was recently remodeled on a canal leading to the Crystal River. It is in great shape and very accommodating for guests. Open layout, no carpeting, foosball table for the kids to play. It is in walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. Close to all that Crystal River has to offer.
