Welcome to Ti Koat Don, our new wooden house, located in Kerfissien, a small port in the town of Cléder and a few minutes walk from a magnificent sandy beach.
Bright and spacious, it is ideal for holidays with family or friends, between nature and the ocean.

The house is built around a large living room bathed in light thanks to a large bay window that can be fully opened onto the garden.

You will find:
✔️ A cosy living room with a large corner sofa and a TV
✔️ A fully equipped open kitchen
✔️ A dining table that seats up to 8

✔️ A pellet stove for a warm atmosphere in winter

🌙 Two well-separated sleeping areas, located on each side of the living room

Each bedroom and bathroom have a French window opening onto the garden, perfect for convenient beach returns.

The garden, partially enclosed (open on the entrance side), is a real haven of peace.
You will be able to enjoy:

✔️ The immediate proximity to the beach for walks and swimming at any time

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

* Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate.
We offer this service on request at the following rate:
- Double bed: 20€
- Single bed: 16€
- Towels: €6 per person

The beds will be carefully prepared to offer you optimal comfort from the moment you arrive.
Payment will be made in cash on arrival. Please bring the top-up.


* We inform you that the house must be returned clean at the end of your stay.
If the house is not left clean and in good condition, an additional fee may be deducted from your deposit to cover the costs of cleaning and repairs.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our home enjoyable for all our visitors.

* The pellet stove is at your disposal during the winter season.

We provide you with a quantity of pellets adapted to the length of your stay.
In the event of consumption exceeding this allocation, the purchase of additional pellets will be at your expense.
You can easily find them during your shopping at the Intermarché and the Point Vert in Plouescat, as well as at the Super U in Cléder.
