Our 2 story home has 8 bedrooms and 5 full bathroom. 2 king bedrooms(one is on 1st floor), 3 queen bedrooms(one is on 1st floor), 3 twin bedrooms with 6 full size twin beds on second floor.

The home is also baby friendly. We have a crib, high chair and a stroller ready for your little ones. We also have a safety fence around the pool to add more security for kids.

You will enjoy your own private screened patio with swimming pool, spa and BBQ area.

Great home to rent.

House was clean, large for my friends and family. Kids has a blast. Would definitely rent again as we come to Florida alot. Easily located by all parks..

Great location and beautiful, spacious home.

We had a wonderful stay. The checkin process was great and the owner did a wonderful job with making sure we had all the information well in advance. The minor issues we had, were handled swiftly. There was plenty of space for our party of 12. Looking forward to returning! The location is a short distance to basically everything and we felt very safe.

Driveway

The home was accommodating for a big family. Do not park on the sidewalk or you will be towed or scammed by the tow company. The kitchen sink needs repaired. The home could use some upgrades. New cookware, more coffee mugs. Repairs through out the home are needed. Very close to all the Disney parks.

Family making memories

Home away from home. Lot of space plenty of seating for family dinner and game night. Property manager was very respectful and reliable. Nothing is perfect at our own home so why expect every little thing to be perfect at someone else's. I would rent this house again just because the owners made sure we had everything we needed and more. The parking in neighborhood is different now but rules are rules and it's out of respect for other who walk pets on side walk.

Disappointed beyond belief

Listed a pool, hot tub & handicapped accessible. Pool & hot tub heater was broken our entire 8 night stay. The only thing handicapped accessible was a shower bench stored in the garage. All doors into the house had a 4 inch step so a wheelchair couldn't gain entry without our ramp. Then inside none of the main floor bedrooms or baths had a door wide enough for a wheelchair. We were promised a refund for pool heat but 5 days after we left we still don't have a refund. We could have rented much cheaper for a house without pool and hot tub . Total rip off.

Beautiful but immediate updating is required

The house was absolutely beautiful and I can’t really say that enough. There are some repairs and updating that need to happen asap. The ceiling in the laundry area and there were about 2 places in the kitchen’s ceiling that leaked water. I’m not sure if it was due to the roof need replacing or if it was due to the air conditioning. I contacted the owner and management was sent out the same day to stop the leaking. The water downstairs was not as hot as upstairs. If you prefer your showers to be hot instead of Luke warm, you’ll need to shower upstairs. The pool filter system stopped working and someone came to fix it, but the next day it stopped working again. The sofa upstairs has a broken arm and some of the bathroom fixture in the downstairs Master bathroom were broken. Patio furniture looks like it should have been replaced years ago. The front door (main entrance) into the house stopped locking automatically after being closed on the outside. We had to input the door code as if we were unlocking the door just to get it to lock back behind us. The resort is absolutely beautiful and is the perfect money saving idea for travelers. My family and I are not the picky type so the little things didn’t bother us much, but for a house that beautiful the small repairs are needed ASAP. Overall, our stay was amazing and comfortable and we enjoyed every minute of it. I would definitely stay here again after the repairs are complete.
