Make the most of your vacation by staying in this beautiful 7-bedroom house located in the fantastic Solara Resort, an amazing gated community featuring the best resort amenities. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the rear of the home faces a natural pond with serene views of conservation, giving you incredible privacy. This property is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, and themed kids bedrooms for you and your family to enjoy a magical vacation. You'll be located less than 30 minutes from Disney and Universal, and 35 min from Orlando Airport (MCO).

You'll have unlimited access to the Solara Resort Clubhouse (1575 Carey Palm Circle) featuring a restaurant, bar, fitness center, sundry shop, sand volleyball, sports courts, and video arcade. The resort-style heated pool has a lazy river and a water park area for the kids. Be sure to check the calendar to see what activities the resort has on deck for the day.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided. Before check-in, the home will be professional cleaned. Additional sheets and towels are available. A mid-stay cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee.

OPTIONAL ADD ON:
- Pool and Spa Heat: $40 per day for bookings of 5 or more days. If booking less 4 days, minimum $150 heat fee will charged
Heat must be turned on for the entire length of the stay. Please request this service at least a week prior to arrival. Pool may take up to 24 hours to reach its set temperature. Please note the pool heater is an electric heat pump and may be less effective when ambient temperature is below 60F. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

Our home is self check-in. Guests are provided with a starter kit of dish soap, dish detergent, sponge, laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. There are various cleaning supplies provided.
