Great location

The house worked great for our family. The beach, restaurants and grocery stores were all nearby. The grandkids loved the pool! A bathroom on the main floor would be a bonus.

Good home| not great management

Beds could be a little bit bigger, house could have more kitchen items,supplies are extremely low, they expect you to provide (2 toilet papers for 10 people 3 days 2 nights) 2 trash bags for the whole stay, 2 diswasher pods for the whole stay, still waiting for the refund for the propane gas, never received a call back from vacasa manager about the heater not working, they expect you to use when is sunny since it will be warm with it (that’s what they said)

Lovely stay

We enjoyed are stay very much. Large space to accommodate our family. Close to everything! The door to one of the bedrooms is loose at the hinge, but all else was terrific. We would go back.

A really lovely house in a quiet area that is close to the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria island. Our children loved the games room,pool and the beach equipment was perfect. It would have been handy to have a toilet downstairs as there were 2 bathrooms for 11 of us but other than that we felt the house was exactly what we wanted.

Place is nice but many roaches.

Pool was nice set up was nice. Just need to be fix with the roaches. I seen one on the coach many in the bathrooms. The sink is crazy as well. Bed was clean. Made sure of that besides the roach problem it’s a nice place

Never Again

Cockroaches, Garbage over flowing, Broken Grill, Broken frig, Cockroaches everywhere need I say more!!!!!! Not 1 return call from Host!!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

So disappointed. We chose this property for 2 main reasons-location and heated pool/hot tub. The location was what we expected, no issues there. We needed heated pool and hot tub for our daughter’s recovery. Not only were the pool and hot tub not heated when we arrived, nothing at all was done to rectify the situation during the entire stay. We kept being told by the management company to “be patient”. The property looks fine in pictures, but in person it leaves very little to be desired. Super cheap furniture, styrofoam like. I would definitely NOT recommend this property or Vacasa who managed the property which we didn’t find out about until after it was booked. Stay away!

Bradenton vacation

The house itself was perfect for our family. The location and access to grocery stores, Walgreens etc was great. The bigger issue was with VACASA. We paid $317.63 for the pool to be heated for the duration of our stay. We discovered the propane tank was empty, hence no heat. The propane delivery came on Thursday afternoon, so the pool wasn’t heated until Friday morning and our grandchildren weren't able to use it for 4 days. (We New Englanders were really looking forward to this!) In addition, the propane tank for the gas grill was empty. We exchanged it ourselves. The heating element in the dryer was broken and was fixed on Wednesday. These were more than minor inconveniences. There was trash on the front lawn and overflowing trash cans at the end of the driveway.

SO DISAPPOINTING! DON’T DO IT!

We booked this vacation home for Spring Break and we were so excited for the trip! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID AND STAY HERE!!! When we arrived, the property there were many were many things that were disappointing: holes in the walls, closet doors broken, no hot tub, no heated pool, ants in the kitchen, no pots and pans, missing utensils, no broom, no vacuum, no batteries in the two tv remotes, and no bath towels. It was a nightmare getting in touch with Vacasa - the property managers. They took several days to get back with us, The pool was never heated, we used beach towels for bath towels for two days before going to buy some cheap ones (they delivered towels and pots and pans and a broom on day 5 of our 7 day stay). It was the worst customer service ever. It took effort not to spend every minute of our vacation time mad about it - and we will never stay here or at a Vacasa property ever again. I tried to get reimbursement from Vacasa as we bought our own towels and ate our way more often than expected, didn’t use the pool, and bought ant traps to try to get the ant situation that was going on in the kitchen when we arrived under control (not surprising when there was no broom).. There was open/bad electric outlet out back our daughter tried plugging in the outdoor lights and was badly shocked. Unsafe and acceptable! Lastly, we had our kids with us and thought the game room would be fun - the fuse ball table didn’t have any balls and the Ms PacMan machine is broken. Wish we could re-live this week and stay somewhere else - unfortunately that’s not possible. Vacasa has been impossible to get in touch with during and after this vacation.

Nice getaway

The house was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood just a 10 minute drive to Brandenton Beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for the nights we stayed and had dinner in. There was plenty of space for the four of us and we enjoyed our stay. We can't wait to come back!

Relaxing

The home was cozy and the bed was comfortable. However they had two refrigerators in the kitchen. The newer refrigerator had a sign stating it was broken, use the older black refrigerator. If it’s not working remove it from the home. A source of drinking water should be in the home. Also the shutters need to have an option to close or curtains. When lights are on at night, anyone can see directly in. Not good! I pulled up and was able to see directly into the room where one of my girlfriends was changing. Curtains would have prevented this. Lovely home but just little tweaks and it could be better.

Stellar Location but Needs Attention to Detail

Pros: Location is great to all types of food and the area’s beaches. House is very cozy and roomy. Clean for the most part.. Cons: Kids games and puzzles were either broken, worn out or missing pieces. Kitchen is supposed to be equipped but you get (2) trash bags for a weeks stay. No harm, no foul.. But- DO Be aware that the premium price you are paying to stay here does not include heating of the pool OR hot tub. The property managers are charging an additional $40 EACH NIGHT for this and I personally find it unacceptable. To run the heaters (I’m a licensed electrician) costs about $50 for a month. Notably, These few things can easily be addressed to assure a great stay for hard working families in the future

Nice Property, Great Location

This is a really nice house very close to Anna Maria Island. Beaches just 10 minutes away at Holmes Beach, Bradenton Beach and Coquina Beach, all fantastic. Stunning sunsets to be seen. Good local amenities and nice restaurants nearby. Tampa only an hour away to watch Ice Hockey, and also Baseball in St Petersburg. Would have given a 5, some very small things t improve. Bedrooms need blinds and the pool area just needs a little care and attention with a few weeds in the paving, and the orb spiders in the lanai ceiling, but none of this affected a fantastic holiday had by our family of 5.

Underwhelmed

We found the location to be nice but the extra details were disappointing. The outdoor cushions were filthy and we chose to cover them with towels for the duration of our trip. There was one trash bag to get us through for the weeks stay and no toilet paper to be found. A larger outdoor trash can is necessary as the previous guests trash filled the can, leaving no room for any additional trash until garbage day. Each day we would find the garbage out around the cans from the raccoons that would rummage through each evening. Interesting set up to have 2 queen beds in the master bedroom with the master bathroom access leaving the layout of the house lacking privacy. While privacy inside the home was scarce, the fact that there are no blinds or curtains on the bedroom windows left us leaving the lights off in the bedrooms at night as you felt as though you were on full display. There are shutters on the windows but they are exterior shutters without an option to close. The master bathroom felt “worn” and possibly not clean and the closet door in one of the bedrooms had a hole where the louvers were missing causing us to leave the door open for our stay as to not cause any additional damage to the door.

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Quiet neighborhood close to numerous beaches and close to airport. Management attentive and quick to reply. Backyard felt very private with lush greenery. A suggestion for improvement would be adding room darkening curtains or blinds in bedrooms.

Pretty house, clean but not recommended

A nice house, in clean condition, but a great many things were broken, missing, in short supply, no personal touches, and very slow communication. It affected our large family's stay to a great extent. Would not recommend

Perfect stay!

We loved this home and it was perfect for our family of three. The location was only 10 minutes from IMG Academy and there were plenty of shopping centers and restaurants close by. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. It had all the supplies we needed. Definitely would stay here again!

Heated pool was a hit!

The heated pool was a hit with the kids since we are in the end of November, the temperature outside wasn’t exactly water friendly but the heated pool allowed us to enjoy time outside during the day. Some pool toys and beach toys were provided which was great. Plenty of bird games for the kids. Cards for adults. Pac-Man game we couldn’t figure out how to use. The play room is like an extra room in the house with a sofa bed big enough for two kids. Kitchen is very spacious and fully packed with pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils. Coffee machine and all. No blender though. Only one bathroom to share upstairs and one bathroom inside the master suite. No bathrooms downstairs. Additional sofa bed in the living room. There was a camera facing the pool which was kind of strange to us. The camera in the front is understandable. Big enough for 3 couples and up to 4 kids to stay comfortably. Plenty of towels for the pool and for taking a bath. Netflix is provided and Wi-Fi works great. Need improvement: freezer was dirty. Trash cans outside were REALLY dirty (my husband washed them because we didn’t want to get charged for other peoples mess). There were no sheets or pillow cases provided besides the ones already on the beds so we didn’t have any for the sofa beds or extra pillows in that were in the closet. There also weren’t any blinds or curtain covering the windows so there was little privacy and super bright in the morning. Please hang some curtains. Also, there was ONE trash bag for the kitchen. That is not enough for 4 days… a minimum of 4 bags should’ve been provided. We had to buy our own pack. No laundry pods provided either, bring your own.
