Great place for a great weekend

We were in town for a soccer tournament. This place was close, very clean, comfortable, and had a lot of amenities. We would absolutely stay there again!!

Amazing Place

This place was just as advertised! It was incredibly clean and well maintained and the host was super attentive as well! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and is a short drive to the beach. My friends and I had such a great stay here and it was so easy to check in and out. Thanks for hosting us!

Eastern Iowans Found the Perfect 4 Day Getaway Here!

Location and home were both perfect. Loved the toddler toys and books for our 2 year old grandson. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were so thankful for the beach chairs and beach towels, as we spent two glorious day on one of the conveniently close beaches.

Cozy and comfortable

We stayed for 2 nights and took a short drive to AMI for a full beach day! The home was very clean and quaint:) We were very close to AMI which made our stay even more amazing!! We had a great visit!!!

Weekend Stay

Neighborhood driving to the property can be misleading. Felt safe in the home and the house was spacious. A few maintenance issues need to be addressed but nothing that disrupted our stay.

This property has it all. It’s in a great location, easy access to Ana Maria Island, close to anything you could need like a grocery and target and, the host thought of everything. We had everything we could possibly need for the beach, including umbrellas and chairs, they even left detergent pods for the laundry and dishwasher as well as trash bags. There were plenty of cooking wear and spices, a grill. The pool in the hot tub were awesome. The house was very clean and well cared for. The only thing that would be a very small con is the water pressure in the showers was low, but it still got the job done! Beautiful home, great location and excellent, responsive hosts! Highly recommend and will stay here again in the future!

Quaint 4 bedroom with pool and hot tub

Quiet neighborhood, clean, cute 4 bedroom. We enjoyed our stay here. It was cooler weather and wanted a heated pool and hot tub for the gkids to enjoy. Fit us all very well and well supplied for the beach and kitchen/grill etc. Was able to explore Anna Maria Island and everyone had a great time. Thanks!

Holiday Get Away

My family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teens and a 5yr old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed and wanted. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the heated pool and hot tub. It was just a short drive to IMG Academy for the winter football camp. If we ever come back to the area we would absolutely stay at this house again. We had great communication with the host and they always responded quickly.

Great house for family vacation

House was clean and neat!We were 5 adults and three grandchildren. The house is set up perfectly for that situation. The owner had pool toys, beach equipment, and board games.The pool and hot tub were relaxing. We were able to have one of our meals in the screened in porch while we watched the kids play in the pool.The kitchen was well equipped with all the needs plus more. A full assortment of spices was a nice surprise.Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.We used the gas grill one night and all had a drink by the fire pit while the kids roasted marshmallows.All in all I would stay here again.

Nice little place

Owner was very accommodating and responsive. There was a slight misunderstanding with the additional pet fee, so be sure to reveal you are bringing pets along. The place is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. We have stayed in many places in Sarasota/ Bradenton beach over the past 10 years. This place is very close to Anna Marie without the inflated rents after you cross the bridge. 7/11 1/2 block away also. Consider this for the rate, you won’t regret it!

Great place to spend your vacation. A++

Communication with the host was fast and informative, if I had a question it was answered quickly. Simple no hassle check-in and check-out. The home was in great condition with updated appliances and bathrooms, there were more extras in the house then expected. We defiantly brought more then we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were great and a much needed way to relax at the end of a busy day. Only 3 to 5 minutes from the beach located right in the middle, left at the light to Coquina Beach and right to Holmes Beach and the rest of the main island. A short drive to the historic Beach street pier and shops. We will defiantly be looking to stay here again in the future, thank you Andy for a great stay.

Family Beach Trip

There were 9 of us. We stayed 5 nights. We were able to check in a little early. We had trouble getting into the house, but the host answered us quickly & got us right in. The house was as pictured, very nice & clean! The amenities were great! Only a 5 min drive to the beach. The hot tub was not working the 1st night, but the next night it was up & running. Only 1 bedroom had a TV, it would have been nice if the others did to. The lighting outside by the pool, screened in porch area & front porch could definitely be better. All in all it was a wonderful family vacation & we would definitely stay at this home again!
